Man Gets an Awesome Make-Over For His Girlfriend

If you have ever had a boyfriend or husband you know that for the most part they tend to be pretty messy, sometimes stinky and sometimes they decide not to cut their hair or shave their beard as their significant others watch in horror. Many men go through this stage, either growing the long hair or the beard but eventually the phase ends and they go back to their usual look.
With that being said, some guys never end this phase and end up living the remainder of their life with shaggy hair and a completely overgrown beard! Some guys can pull it off long term and others, well not so much. A lot of times the long hair and beard can be done if it’s properly groomed and cleaned up while still having the caveman look.
This brings us to today’s featured story about a man named Josh and his girlfriend Heidi. When they first met Alex already had long hair and a huge beard and Heidi really didn’t mind it at all and actually liked it. She was however pretty nervous about their first kiss, because his beard was long and she really didn’t know where Josh’s mouth was!
But as the time past she began to start despising the look that she had once fallen in love with. Heidi had been desperately pleading with him to cut it all off or at least clean it up so he could look somewhat presentable to her family, friends and even strangers. On top of not shaving or getting a haircut he really dressed sloppy and she wished she could get him to wear some nice clothes and look handsome.
He resisted his girlfriends suggestions for a very long time. She really thought she was going to be stuck with a very hairy man forever. No matter how many times she attempted to convince him to shave and cut his hair, getting the message through just wasn’t going to happen. She even got other family members to try and help put the pressure on but he continued to keep his classic grizzly look.
When all her pleas and desperation to get him to just get a real haircut, shave and get a new wardrobe had completely failed that’s when Heidi called up Oprah to get her boyfriend on one of her makeover shows! When they got to the show Josh they found out Josh was going to get a full makeover from head to toe by a whole team of experts.

This rubbing alcohol spray is the perfect thing to have on hand for freezing cold mornings and icy windshields. You can leave the bottle in your car and it won’t even freeze, unless it gets well under zero. That’s because the freezing point of isopropyl alcohol is -128.2 degrees Fahrenheit, so when you spray it on the ice, it doesn’t freeze up. Instead, it helps to melt the ice and keeps it from re-freezing. Since all you have to do is mist it on, it’s by far the quickest and easiest way to clear a windshield that’s coated with a thick layer of ice.

Relationships are hard work. What makes them even harder is when a partner has a negative habit or quality that especially bothers you. That was the case for Karen Cook whose ex-husband refused to cut his hair. Ian and Karen Cook were married for several years and parented two beautiful twins. Eventually, they got divorced but agreed to try to get along so they could successfully co-parent their kids. Things were going well except for one thing: Ian’s massively overgrown hair.
The 54-year-old man worked in Stanford in utilities. Ian thought it unnecessary to cut his hair since he didn’t work with the public. It got to the point where he had gone four years without a haircut! He rarely shaved his beard and it had grown past his shoulders.
Even his kids began to notice. They were so embarrassed that they stopped coming to the house as often because their girlfriends were so weirded out by Ian. They even nicknamed him the Connecticut Gandalf after the Lord of the Rings character..
Karen was desperate for Ian to cut his hair for the sake of himself and his children. She knew she needed to do something big to get him to cut it. Karen was a huge fan of Rachael Ray and thought that if anyone could get through to Ian, it would be her.

This 16 Year Old Girl Cuts Her Hair For The First Time In Her Life.

Anyone who has ever had long hair knows how nerve wracking and unpredictable a new haircut can be. To suddenly go from long to shorter hair is kind of a big deal. The different lengths feel strange at first, even when you trim just a couple of inches off.
Everything from running your fingers through it and brushing to the way it has to be styled feels new and weird. Your whole head feels lighter and the hair is much healthier, shinier, and manageable.
Imagine that you had been growing your hair your entire life and had never gotten a major haircut. After 16 years your hair reaches a point down past your knees and almost touches the ground. Seems crazy, right? That was reality for 16 year old Roxy Vice, a teenager from Stafford, Virginia who had never trimmed her hair.
Over the course of her life her brown locks had grown extremely long and straight. Having heavy, ultra long hair was the only hairstyle she had ever known and she was way overdue for a full on haircut and style makeover. Roxy finally decided to make a change and cut her hair because she was heading off to college in a few months.
Having average length hair would be more easy and manageable to take care of, plus she’d look older and not so young. When the big day came she documented the experience and remarked how excited and nervous she was about it all. After taking a few last pictures of her long hair she tied it up in a loose ponytail and sat back in the chair for the big chop.
The man who was about to cut Roxy’s hair, Danilo, is a stylist who works with the hair care company Pantene. He performs cuts on behalf of the companies special hair donation program called Beautiful Lengths. People with hair at least 8 inches or longer can have it cut and donated to the program which uses it to make wigs for women battling cancer.
Danilo says that Roxy’s hair is the longest that the program has ever had donated, and perhaps even the longest he has ever seen in all of his years cutting hair! After he did the big chop he styled Roxy’s hair in ways which she has never known. He ended up giving her layers, bangs, and added a lot more texture and body.
At first Roxy was surprised and shocked at how short her hair seemed, even though it was still very long and reached down her mid-back. However, once it was completely styled and finished she says she loved it, and rightly so. She looks like a whole new person and the new look fits her well. She cut her hair for a good cause and turned out looking absolutely beautiful both inside and out!

The video below is a great tutorial for how to easily, inexpensively and quickly make your own fresh and chemical-free deodorizer. Two alternative versions are demonstrated, which differ slightly in how they release the fragrance.
For both versions, all you will need are: a MASON JAR WITH A TIN LID, HAMMER, FORK, EMPTY CANDLE CONTAINER, SCREWDRIVER, BAKING SODA AND SOME ESSENTIAL OIL. The DIY is easy to follow, and gives you a great means to slow-release a pleasant scent into any room in your home.

It can even be used to straighten clothes if an iron isn’t available. Many people struggle to remove these stains and often think that they need strong, harsh chemical cleaners to get rid of them effectively. However, there’s a better and more affordable way to go about cleaning a shower head with crusted on mineral build up. All you need is apple cider vinegar, a Ziploc bag, and a rubber band.
Simply pour some apple cider vinegar into the plastic bag and place it over and on the shower head. Use a rubber band to secure it in place and then leave it on overnight. Remove the baggy the following day, wipe the shower head clean, and it should be restored to its former glory!

They Didn’t Cut Their Hair Since The 80’s. But Watch Their Incredible Makeover After 20 years!

How you style your hair can either age you or make you look much younger than you actually are. Badly styled hair can make a 30 year old look 50 and according to experts, people should change their hair style every two years or so to keep current.
It’s no secret that the easiest way to makeover and revamp your overall look is with a haircut. By simply switching up your hair style, and cutting or dying it, you can shave years off of your appearance and feel young and new again.
With each passing year comes a new hair style and certain ones end up becoming iconic, representative of certain eras and past decades. A prime example of this is the long, bouncy, big, teased out to the max 80’s-style rocker hair.
That type of hair was glamorous and an absolute must have for anyone active in, on, or around the rock and roll scene in the 1980’s. However, any person who sports that style of hair today automatically looks like they’re old, outdated, and basically stuck in the 80s.
Tim and Wendy White were such people. They rocked their 80’s glam hair all through the 90s before friends stepped in and got them the professional help they knew they so badly needed.
Help came in the form of Oprah Whitney and her makeover team of specialists. They interviewed the couple before and after their makeovers and got their takes on how they felt about their appearance. Wendy revealed that she hadn’t had a haircut since 1992 and thought that her hair made her look 6-11 years older.
Tim’s last haircut was even longer ago, in 1985!! Even though he was 43 years old, he thought that his hair aged him 7-17 years and that he looked about 50-60 years old. The couple knew they needed to make a change and were ready for it.
They looked like totally different people when they finally walked out onto the stage for the big reveal. It’s amazing to see how something as simple as a haircut can make such an enormous difference. Check out the video to see just how much of a transformation they underwent.

She Draws Eyebrows Under Her Eyes. But When She’s Done It’s The Most Unexpected Surprise!
This is by far one of the most inventive makeup tricks I have ever seen! This demonstration is simply mesmerizing. The woman is so creative in conceiving of this idea, and is clearly very artistic. Whether this comes out as well as her endeavor, it is worth putting the time and effort into following her steps, if you would like to become something truly unique for a costume party.
Watch as she doubles the features of her face by using makeup to create another set of eyes on her cheek, an extra nose higher up on the bridge of her actual nose, and a second mouth on her chin. She even goes so far as to glue on false eyelashes to complete the “cheek eyes”!
The result is both “trippy” and, almost dizzying! The transformation is like nothing I have ever seen before. She and her friend take it on the road during daylight hours, to get people’s reactions. People were flipping out! You can only imagine how cool the reaction will be.
