We all experience stress throughout our entire lives, from the day we are born to the day we die. Some of it is good, even healthy for us, but too much can be bad and lead to even worse problems, like anxiety and depression. General stress may affect millions of adults and kids at any point in their lives and it’s easy to see why. In today’s global and constantly changing world life moves along at ever increasing speeds.

Even if it seems slow at times, the fast pace is hard to keep up with, and things get hectic which causes many of us to eventually stress out. The National Institute of Mental Health recently named anxiety disorders as the most common mental health illness in America. Stress can lead directly to anxiety and if you’ve ever experienced deeply unpleasant feelings and emotions of dread and unease over future situations and things beyond your control, then you have felt the agitation and heavy weight of stress.

Each of us has certain stress triggers and when they set us off they’re capable of igniting a firestorm of persistent worries and negative thoughts. While everyone has their own individual quirks, there are ways to compartmentalize the most common anxiety triggers. Below are the main things that stress out each of the twelve zodiac signs.   1. Aries (March 21 – April 19) When Aries feels exhausted and worn out, they worry, and soon become consumed by thoughts of all the stuff they should be doing and the tasks they should be completing.

  8. Scorpio (October 23 – November 21) Scorpios are introspective, sensitive, and deeply personal souls who need privacy to thrive and when they lack privacy they stress out.
  9. Sagittarius (November 22 – December 21) Not being able to physically move around and having to act in line with what society deems acceptable are nightmares for a Sagittarius, they need to be free to keep on moving.
  10. Capricorn (December 22 – January 19) Capricorns are way too hard on themselves and expect a lot, sometimes too much, and when they don’t deliver they quickly spiral into a dark pit of despair.
  11. Aquarius (January 20 – February 18) Not getting one’s own way is a stress point for Aquarius. They quickly become frustrated when others try to force their hand or when time isn’t on their side and need to slow down and chill.
