Every Body Part Is In The Palm Of Your Hand – Press The Points For Wherever You Have Pain!

Western medicine has made many wonderful advances to deal with disease.  However chronic pain or discomfort in varying parts of our body have not been satisfactorily addressed.  Alternative medicine can often be lightyears ahead of western medicine when it comes to relieving pain.

Although a combination of both Western and alternative medicine, is probably the most sensible route overall, it is worth looking at the benefits of an alternative form of pain resolution, such as reflexology. The principles of reflexology have led to the idea of finding the pressure points within the palm of your hand that are connected to the part of the body causing you pain.

By pressing the thumb point into the corresponding part of the hand for 5 seconds, releasing for 3 seconds, pressing again and repeating this cycle for several minutes, several times a day you will get results.  This methodology as well as others are demonstrated in this video.

In the video you are about to watch, Dr. Oz’s guest is a reflexologist who explains that both the hands and feet can be seen as a microcosm of our entire body.  Five audience members come to the stage to explain what part of their body is causing them chronic discomfort or pain.

For each malady, the reflexologist explains which part of the palm is connected to the body part involved.  She then demonstrates how using one hand, different forms of pressing or massaging of a particular part of the palm of the other hand will, over time, alleviate the pain experienced.

The audience members in this video suffered from: (1) Constipation and bloating (2) Insomnia and exhaustion (3) Sinus congestion (4) Upper back pain (5) Low libido.  The reflexologist showed them how to work on their own palms to alleviate their pain or problem.

She explained what sensations they would experience as they applied pressure and massage, that would signal that they were working in the correct area.  Her explanations were fascinating and easy to follow.  After watching this I will try a few of the methods demonstrated for things that I need relief from.

Let us know what you think about reflexology after watching the video.  Have you ever tried it and had success?  Will you give it a try?

Have You Ever Counted The Bracelet Lines On Your Wrist? How Many Are There? This Is What It Means!

image via – shutterstock.com

Palmistry, or hand reading, is an ancient art, the roots of which have been traced back several thousand years to India. Its believed to have been born from Hindu astrology and was first written about when it was mentioned in the Chinese book the I Ching.

Palmistry quickly spread all over Asia and Europe, whereupon Aristotle took an interest in it and passed the knowledge on to Alexander the Great. He used it often to judge the character of his officers and closely read the lines of their palms.

The practice has since endured throughout the ages, yet today most people view it as pseudo-science and are quick to dismiss it as superstitious beliefs. Part of why people are so skeptical is that they don’t truly understand it and only know what they see in the media where it has been wrongly portrayed in the many books, films, and TV shows that touch on it.

If you’re further interested in the subject, this video does an excellent job at describing what the lines and patterns on your hands signify.

However, the focus of this particular article is on the bracelet lines, which are also called rascette lines. These are the horizontal running lines located on the underside of our wrists, at the junction which separates the arm from the hand.

According to Metaphysics Knowledge, the more lines a person has, the longer they are expected to live. Also, the first line is more important and telling than the rest. If it is clear, unbroken, and deeply defined then the person can expect to enjoy good bodily health and strength. If it is unclear, broken, and weakly defined then the person is viewed as careless and weak.

Most people have 2-3 lines, and a rare few have 4. In terms of years, the first bracelet line signifies 23-28 years of life, the second 46-56 years, the third 69-84 years, and the fourth represents more than 84 years of life.

Furthermore, health problems are often expressed through each of the bracelet lines. The first one differs for men and women. Women whose initial line is broken or curves up towards the base of their palm may experience gynecological issues, such as problems conceiving or giving birth.

For men, if their first line is broken or curves up towards the base of their palm it means they may also have reproductive issues, or urinary and prostate difficulties as well. The second wrist line is used to evaluate a persons expectations of wealth. If it’s clearly defined, straight, and unbroken they can look forward to relative prosperity and happiness.

The third line tells of fame and power. If it’s straight and unbroken that individual is, or will likely be, quite influential in their life. As to the fourth bracelet line, this one usually runs parallel to the third line and is seen as complimentary to it.

Thus, if you are one of the rare few who have such a line, it strengthens and fortifies the fame aspects associated with the third line. It’s all very fascinating to think that there are hints buried in the wrists and palms of your hand which can reveal hidden truths and what your future holds.

There’s a lot of great information and many more details covered in the video, so check it out and then take a moment to look down at your wrists. Closely examine them for how many bracelet lines you have and see what they mean. Share this with friends and family, then try reading their wrist lines. It’s really fun and you may just learn something about them!

If You Have A Letter ‘M’ On The Palm Of Your Hand THIS Is What It Means..

Palmistry is an ancient art whose roots have been traced back several thousand years to India, where it was born from Hindu astrology and first mentioned in the Chinese book the I Ching. It quickly spread all over Asia and Europe, whereupon Aristotle took up an interest in it and passed the knowledge on to Alexander the Great.

The Macedonian king often used it to judge the character of his military officers and would closely read the lines of their palms. It must have helped him out because in fifteen years of nonstop conquest he never lost a single battle.

The practice has since endured throughout the ages. Today, most people view it as pseudo-science and are quick to dismiss it as superstitious beliefs. Part of why people are so skeptical is that they don’t truly understand it.

They only know what they see in the media, and it has been wrongly portrayed in the many books, films, and TV shows that have touched upon it over the years. If you’re further interested in the subject, this video does an excellent job introducing and describing what the main lines and patterns on your palm signify.

One specific attribute that people often wonder about is the appearance of the letter “M” on the palm of the hand. The letter comes into formation by the way major lines, mainly the heart, head, and life lines, both appear and align on the palm.

Not all people have such a defined marking, it’s even kind of rare, and those who do have one are said to be special. They are blessed with good fortune and thrive in the careers they choose because they have strong self-motivation and discipline.

Oftentimes they end up pursuing jobs in the legal or political field and work their way up to top management positions. They are seen as gifted individuals who hold extraordinary intuition and because of this they make strong business partners in any endeavor they set their heart and minds to.

Furthermore, people whose palms have the letter M are masters at seeing through lies and deceit. Not much gets past them and they almost always figure out if someone is less than honest, lying, or cheating. This sense of intuition is often stronger in women than in men, but it comes down to the individual.

Overall, the letter M has long been associated with the aforementioned traits, as well as the following qualities in life; leadership, good fortune, riches, and excellent prospects.

There is a lot more information and many details covered in the video. Check it out and compare your own hand closely to whats being described in the clip. Pass this on to your friends and family and try reading their palms, it’s really fun and you may just learn something about them.

THIS Is What The Gap Between Your Fingers Reveals About Your Life!

There are all sorts of ways in which a person’s personality has been linked to different physical attributes on their body. Above all, our hands seem to hold the most information about our lives and they reveal subtle clues in regards to the way we act, make choices, and behave in general.

For example, we often compare and contrast left handed people with individuals who are right hand dominant. Alternatively, in palmistry the lines on the palms of our hands are closely examined, which can indicate our character traits, personality, and destiny in life.

Another way in which we can analyze our personalities is by looking at the gap between our fingers. You can do this by yourself, right here and now, by following the instructions below and looking at the illustrations in the accompanying video and link.

All you have to do is look closely at your hand and compare it against choices A, B, and C to see which one your finger spacing matches up the best with. Once you choose the closest match it will reveal certain personality aspects that are commonly associated with your finger gap.

If you fall under type A and have a large gap that generally corresponds to having a big personality. You are friendly, open, and honest with others, as well as refreshingly straight forward.

Type B people have small gap spaced fingers and are more reserved than their type A counterparts. If you’re type B you have a wonderfully amicable personality and give good advice to others because of your ability to listen well and hear what they are saying.

If you have no gap at all then you are type C and tend to be a very private, reserved person. You like to observe and listen to the world around you and when it comes to trust people have to earn yours.

Check out the short video for more personality information on each of the three types and see if what they reveal about personality traits matches up to yours.

This is a fun, easy, and different way to take a moment to yourself in which you can reflect upon, and dig a little deeper into, what makes you who you are! Follow the guide and find out if what you think describes your personality really and truly matches up with the results. As always, have fun and enjoy!

What Does Your Palm Line Reveal About Your Love Life and Marriage?

The future is never far off and when you look down at your hands you can even get a glimpse of it. The ancient art of palmistry can help you lay bare what’s to come in your life and you don’t need to be a professional palm reader in order to do it!

Palmistry centers around the belief that the lines and indentations on a persons palms can be interpreted to reveal different aspects about their life. Some indicate strengths, weaknesses, personality traits, and other specific characteristics. Others reveal our destiny and what’s to come. If you’d like to know more about the subject, this video does an excellent job describing how to read your palms and what the main lines and patterns on your hands signify.

Out of all the lines on our palms, the one that people most often wonder about appears as the first major line on the palm, located right below the base of the fingers. This sharp crease is called the line of marriage due to the belief that it reveals things about our future relationships and love life.

To read your own line of marriage do the following; bring your hands together with your pinky fingers touching and palms facing up towards you. Now look to see where and how your lines of marriage match up and read about what it all means below!

Both Lines Match Up:
If the lines are located at the same height and align neatly at the center it means you are a very peaceful, calm, nurturing, and loving person. You have your priorities in order and think rationally about things. At the same time, you are very resistant to changes because you dislike disruptions in your normal routine. You will most likely find and marry a partner whom your friends and family accept and get along well with. Their approval means a lot to you and without it you’ll hesitate to settle down

Right Hand Line Is Higher:
If the line on your right hand is higher than the one on the left it signifies that you are both wise beyond your years and are drawn towards older types of souls. You’re a free spirit who is unconcerned about the judgments others pass on you. Instead, you choose to see not only things, but also people, for who and what they truly are. You follow neither society’s nor others expectations of you and it’s more than likely that you’ll end up choosing an older partner to settle down with.

Left Hand Line Is Higher:
If the line on your left hand is higher than the one on the right it means you are fierce, self-assertive, strong, and face tough challenges head on. The love that you want, need, and search for is the kind people crave; passionate, fiery, and torrid. As such, you are most attracted to very good looking people. The chances are high that you’ll most likely end up with a younger student type an exotic foreigner, or someone you meet under crazy, yet romantic, circumstances.
