This is a top contender for one of the best dog videos ever. The well made clip was produced by Thinkbox and it centers on the most recent chapter of their canine mascot’s life. The film’s star, Harvey the dog, is well known for holding the title of “the world’s most resourceful dog.” Past exploits of his that have been documented include the memorable time he found a home and when he saved his best friend from the waste bin. Since then he has seen his profile raised somewhat into that of a cult figure, amassed followers, and won awards along the way.
In this latest update, Harvey shows his human a homemade video of the story about how he found love. It starts with him entering a speed dating for dogs event and being disinterested in a number of potential dates. Suddenly, he perks to attention and centers his lit up gaze on the most beautiful, well groomed, classy, furry snow-white poodle he’s ever seen.
A whirlwind courtship soon takes place and sees the couple taking in a movie, trying out a yoga class, painting portraits a la titanic, visiting a museum and leaving it with a dinosaur bone souvenir. Finally, Harvey takes his lady love on a romantic picnic where he presents her with an exquisite pink diamond encrusted collar.
The next scene shows them in the backseat of a car with the words “Harvey & Harmony Together Forever” scrawled across the top. It cuts away to a steamy window with a paw sliding down it, again referencing a scene from Titanic.
Then, it is back to the present, with Harvey and his confused looking human in the kitchen, and Harmony at the door with a doggie bag in her mouth. The video proves to be enough to convince his owner to step aside and let Harmony live with them. But Harvey left out one little yet crucial detail that we are shown as the clip comes to an end!

Throughout the ages different methods have arisen that can supposedly determine personality at just a glance. These theories and beliefs oftentimes link certain body parts to a person’s traits. Some posit that the size and shape of your can determine a person’s character. In fact, there used to be an entire area of science, known as phrenology, dedicated to analyzing character traits based on skull measurements In the past, it was even believed that the closeness of one’s eyes signaled their artistic talent.
The current trend is focused on what a person’s nail shape says about their personality. It originally started in Asia and has since spread quickly West. It really all depends on your personality as to how far you read into and believe these things, but however accurate it may be, at the very least it is a fun way to pass time and self-evaluate. Here is a breakdown of the different shapes and what they reveal:
1. Vertically long nail bed = mildly tempered, precise, imaginative and creative. You’re a people person and generally get along well with most everyone.
2. Broad sideways nail bed = honest, no nonsense, short tempered, theoretical. You tell the truth no matter what and often give others advice because of this.
3 & 4. Rounded or egg shaped nails = relaxed, unique, positive, sensible. You move to your own beat and never let things get the best of you, which means you have many long term friends.
5. Square shaped nail beds = a leader, strong, skillful, gutsy. You are often serious and people look to you as a leader, but you also have a soft side reserved for people close to you.
6 & 7. Triangular or Inverted nail shapes = smart, perfectionist, innovative, original. You may be a genius and think faster than others, people are fascinated by you.

What Does Your Nose Shape Reveal About Your Personality?
Noses are a prominent feature on our faces and they impact our lives in several major ways. Not only do they help with breathing and detecting scents, they also protect us by preventing bacteria and other airborne debris from entering our bodies. Noses also play a factor in our sense of taste and they affect the way our voices sound.
Love them or hate them, our noses are a major part of what makes us who we are. While we all have our own uniquely personal one, they have been narrowed down and classified by shape into just a handful of distinct categories. Furthermore, each type of nose has been matched up with its own special characteristics and personality traits. Whether you were aware of it or not, your nose can actually reveal a lot about you!
All of this comes from a study conducted by Abraham Tamir, a professor at the Ben-Gurion University of the Negev in Israel, that was published in the Journal of Craniofacial Surgery. For his study Professor Tamir collected over 1,790 pictures of noses that included both artwork, such as paintings and sculptures, and candid photographs of different people that were taken all over Europe and Israel. He then went through all of the photos and matched each one up with a work of art that displayed a nose most similar to it. Finally, the personality traits which happen to be most commonly associated with each piece of artwork were then attributed to the matching nose types.
Based on the results of Professor Tamir’s study and conclusions, the following quiz was developed. All that you have to do is look closely at your nose and figure out which nose shape it resembles and matches up with the best. What Does The Position You Sit In Reveal About You?
Are you one of those people who wears their heart on their sleeve? When it comes to cats and dogs, it seems like they either get along great or they can’t stand each other. You never know how they’re really going to act until you socialize and introduce them to other pets. When a cat and dog initially meet the general belief is that the earlier in life they do that, the better they will get along with one another. Sometimes the initial meeting between the pets goes smooth as silk while others…. well let’s just say don’t go just as exactly how you planned and pictured it working out..
Now before we jump right into today’s featured dog video let’s go over a short history of the relationship between humans and their canine counterparts:
Around 200,000 years ago humans began walking the earth. Since the inception of the human race, shelter, house, communities and eventually civilizations began cropping up all over planet earth. What’s more interesting is we didn’t build and evolve all on our own we had a few loyal friends who tagged along and helped us on our human journey through history.
Probably, the one species of animal the most intertwined with our own evolution is Canis Lupus Familiaris or what we call dogs! What makes this odd alliance even stranger is that modern day dogs evolved one of man’s initial biggest threats. This mammal species is known as Canis Lupus or what most of all call wolves.
Around 100,000 years ago our ancestors began populating the land mass of Eurasia. The wolf was one of the only creatures on the planet that could match us humans near the top of the food chain. How the two species interacted with their own kind was actually very similar..
The two species both hunted in groups or packs. The hunter and gatherers would work as one finely tuned machine, to seek, find and then catch their prey for survival. Wolves also hunted in hierarchal pack and would also work with coordinated strikes and precise accuracy as they sought out their prey.
Our ancestors and wolves were indeed very social creatures, and used these advanced social skills in order to take down animals much larger than themselves which in turn would leave them wasting less time hunting and more time consuming energy and nutrition.
Wolves thrived at the top of the food chains for thousands of years before modern day humans ever appeared however, now that these strange bipedal hominids were encroaching on their territory they had some very serious competition on their paws.
While the two species would clash head on for many years some wolves who were kicked out or ostracized from their pack noticed that if they weren’t aggressive towards a human community this could be a pretty easy way to get food and survive without having to face the world alone.
The strong and powerful wolves remained in their packs and refused to back down to the humans however, the weaker and more scavenger type of canines began to outlast and outlive their more dominant predecessors due to their new alliance with these strange 2 legged hominids.
As years passed, the traits of these less aggressive and scrap grabbing Canines we’re passed down through their DNA and they began living closer and closer to our ancestors. As we provided them leftover food they in turn would help us hunt and defend our lands and communities. It was a symbiotic relationship that was just the perfect match made in heaven.
Because both species preferred living in packs, it wasn’t too difficult for these docile wolves to integrate with the human population and eventually begin living in their homes. It is thought that these animals were the first domesticated animals ever.
These first wolf-dog hybrids showed up around 30,000 years ago. As time went on these wolf-dogs soon evolved into our modern day dogs. These evolutions and changes in look were drastic for some breeds and less so for others. Humans had successfully domesticated these canines for almost any purpose they needed them for..
Now that we have gone over the history of between humans and canines, let’s dive head first into today’s hilarious dog video of the day:
Other times, the first meeting can go horribly wrong and a close watch and lots of intervention is necessary before the two animals are comfortable enough to be together alone. Every animal is different and just like their human counterparts, some of them are more solitary and like being alone, while others prefer having company and are more social in nature.
The adorable black and white dog in this clip falls under the latter category, he would absolutely love and adore to have a fellow animal companion by his side. Well, at least that’s how his owner imagines his dog’s thoughts and feelings to be!
Although most likely these are this cute pups precious wish to have a new best friend! He especially does not want a snake, hamster, guinea pig, mouse, gerbil, newts or parrots. This pup is very clear he wants a new kitty!
He gave his dog a voice and dubbed in quite an interesting conversation between the two of them. He felt that his dog would be absolutely delighted and ecstatic at the thought of getting a brand new addition to the family and would welcome a little fuzzy kitten to call his sister. An adorable baby tabby cat would perhaps be the perfect addition to their lives, and so maybe it’s time they get one!

Some animals know exactly what they want and oftentimes they enjoy receiving a nice, gentle, relaxing hand massage from their human companions. It’s no secret that many of our furry pets love to be pet, which may be why we call them “pets” in the first place. Or maybe it’s the other way around, and we call it petting because they are our pets. Whatever the case may be, lots of animals simply love being stroked and scratched. They usually have a sweet spot where they especially like being rubbed. For cats it seems to be around the cheeks, dogs like their ears and back scratched, and then there are some whose sweet spot is everywhere and anywhere.
The little bunny in this video seems to fall in the latter category. From the looks of it he likes being pet all over, especially down his backside. The man in the video gently strokes his ears, nose, cheekbones, temples, head, and back, while the bunny twitches his nose and sits with a content expression on his face, his body completely relaxed and at ease.
When the man stops petting him the bunny is clearly not happy about it. He stamps his furry little paws and lets out adorable growling sounds in protest. It might just be the cutest behavior I’ve ever seen a rabbit do! At one point the furry little guy searches for more pet-pets by crawling under the man’s hand, urging him to resume the mini-massage that he so rudely ended. This bunny knows what he wants and he’s basically telling the man through his grunts, growls, and foot thumping that he is not pleased the cuddle session ended!
Contrary to popular belief, lots of rabbits love being pet and shown affection. The areas they most enjoy being pet is on their head and down their backside. Many often like their dewlap, the roll of skin underneath their chin, scratched and rubbed, but some don’t like this at all. The bunny will let you know whether or not it’s enjoying the attention. When they purr, chatter their teeth, flop over, and close their eyes it means they like it and if you stop and they poke your hand with their head it means “don’t stop, keep petting!”
Rabbits are very expressive, you just have to know how to read them, and over time you become familiar and accustomed to an individual one’s behavior. Like every other pet, they have their own distinct personalities!

Mama Puts This Adorable Lil’ Bulldog In His Car Seat. The Pup Proceeds To Throw A Temper Tantrum.

Dogs often have mixed feelings when it comes to riding in a car or truck. Some absolutely love going for a breezy cruise and will readily jump right on in, whereas others loathe having to go for a ride and will do anything to avoid it. Then there are the majority who fall somewhere in the middle. They are the puppy’s who seem to enjoy car excursions or at least tolerate them. That’s where Bosley, the adorable French Bulldog in this video, fits in.
He’s tiny but boy can he throw a hissy fit! Safety first even if it means that the little guy will throw a huge tantrum like a toddler who doesn’t get their ice cream. Sometimes as a parent and in this case a pet parent you need to do the right thing regardless of how your fur baby reacts. Bosley trust us this is for your own good and you will thank your humans when you are older.
The cute little Frenchie was out and about one day riding in the car with his owner when something upset him. Perhaps it was the car seat that he was securely strapped into in the backseat, it doesn’t look like the most comfortable thing to sit in. Even so, the doggy seat is for his own good and protection. Not only will it keep him safe and sound, he looks adorable in it!
While the car seat may or may not have been the source of his frustrations, Bosely was clearly not happy. He made sure that his feelings were known and clearly heard by throwing a mini tantrum, protesting and whining in the cutest possible way that only a little Frenchie could pull off! He whimpers and squeals as he cries his way through the short clip while giving his saddest puppy face to the camera. He’s so cute and funny!
Near the very end of the video Bosley’s older sister Beatrice, a fellow French Bulldog, pops her head up and makes a surprise guest appearance! She’s checking in on her noisy brother and seeing what all the fuss is about. The two dogs live in Colorado with their loving owner who’s always taking them out and bringing them along on nice walks and fun trips to area parks. Great Danes may look impressively large and imposing, but they’re really just big babies at heart! They are all around friendly, intelligent, sweet-tempered, social, and even natured animals that absolutely love to be pampered and pet. That’s the reason why they are often called the ‘Gentle Giants’ of the dog world! It’s a nickname they’ve earned and once you see how Max the Great Dane reacts to some disappointing news, you’ll understand why.
Max was all ready and set to go swimming in his beautiful backyard pool when his mom suddenly told him that he couldn’t go for a dip. Since he had been looking forward to a relaxing swim all day long, he did not take the sudden change of events lightly.
Rather than remain calm, Max immediately launched into a noisy temper tantrum and let his unhappy feelings be known to anyone in the vicinity. This big boy wants to swim and he wants everyone to know! The fact that Max is deaf never stops him from arguing with his owners.
He whined and protested the pool ban aggressively, answering and challenging his mom every step of the way. The way he talks back, you’d think he could hear every word she said! He’s like a 160 pound toddler who just needs to get his way! Max is one of my favorite dogs on the inter webs. I really would love to see him just jump in, but he is such a good boy!
The big gentle six year old boy certainly has it made and life is good for him. According to his Facebook bio page he lives in a beautiful house alongside his sister Katie, who also happens to be a Great Dane, his mom and dad, and several kitty cats. Check Max out for a good laugh, he surely knows how to brighten anyone’s day!

Huskies are known around the world as sled dogs. These pups have tons of energy and need an outlet to burn it all off. They are able to withstand extremely cold temperatures due to their thick double coat which keeps them insulated and warm. They are known for their almond shaped stunning pale blue eyes which sometimes come in multiple colors. They are very vocal and tend to howl instead of the usual dog bark we are all accustomed to. The breed is considered a working dog and they are very loyal companions. They are consistently in the top twenty most popular dogs in America!
Most dogs hate taking a bath, let alone even getting wet, and will do everything in their power to ultimately avoid anything having to do with bathing. Not Zeus, the Siberian Husky in this short and sweet clip. He is not like most dogs. He absolutely loves, loves, loves taking baths and when he’s unable to do so, he throws hysterical temper tantrums just like the one seen here.
Zeus had been chilling in the bath tub, hoping and praying for his human to turn the tap on, when instead she told him to get up and get moving! It was time for his daily walk but he wasn’t having any of that. He whimpers, whines, and moans loudly while splayed out in the bathtub begging his mom to run the water. His tantrum is a pretty dramatic and over the top but that’s what makes it so great. The big furry baby practically takes up the whole entire tub, I’ve never seen a dog do anything quite like this!
The fact that Zeus would rather lay in the tub than take a walk is another way in which he’s not like most dogs. Usually when they hear a leash jingle or mention of even just the word walk they go nuts and head straight for the door! Six Clear Signs a Lost Loved One Is Close By and Attempting To Send You a Message

The Following Is My Personal Experience With The Loss of a Loved One:
I never was a person who believed that after someone dies, that it would be possible to feel their presence in any way. I thought that people who talked about these experiences had memories so strong and missed their loved one so much, that they imagined their presence in a way that felt so real. That is…until I lost my grandmother.
On many mornings after she died, (for years) I would reach for my coffee mug and would feel as if someone gave my arm a reassuring squeeze. The first times I would look around, thinking my husband was there, and was stunned to see he wasn’t.
Later on, I would smell her famous apple pie, at the same moments. Perhaps this was all in my head, but it happened on so many different occasions in the same way, that I actually began to believe she was looking over me in some protective way.
Grieving is a very long process, that is most acute in the first few years that you lose someone whom you love, but it truly does go on in different forms for the rest of one’s life. A few years later my dad died at the young age of 70, only 8 months after being diagnosed with the killer cancer of the pancreas, I was still pretty skeptical about people who professed to feel the presence of a loved one who had passed. I wrote it off to their imagination tricking them, due to the pain of their feelings of loss.
Although my parents had moved to Chicago, and I remained in New York, we saw each other quite a bit; my dad and I were early risers, so we often spoke by phone as we drank our morning coffee.
There was so much that I missed about no longer being able to actually talk with him, especially our “coffee talk”. After his death I was so emotionally spent, that I felt nothing for a while.
One morning after preparing my coffee, I sat down and began drinking as I stared at the bare trees of winter. I felt a pat on my back, and looked around assuming my husband had entered the room…no one was there!
This kind of thing would happen as I would drink my morning coffee, for many years after my dad passed. Part of me thought this was all in my head because I just missed him so much.
One day I smelled his after-shave, as I nervously was getting ready for an important interview…somehow I just knew that he had been watching over me and made his presence known in this way. I broke down in tears of relief and appreciation.
This is really interesting.
It has been my experience, as well as that reported by many who have suffered the loss of someone very dear to them, that grief is not something you just get over. It is more painful in the beginning (first few years), but actually continues throughout the course of your life. Twenty two years ago Julie Kemp was driving with her husband Andy and 8 year old son Landon. The family was headed home from church when an ambulance, not in emergency mode, slammed into them at an intersection.
Andy died instantly while Julie, although unconscious, was stabilized by first responders. In all the chaos the rescuers didn’t even know that Landon was still in the crumpled up car because the damage was so severe that they couldn’t see him in the back seat.
Fortunately, by a stroke of luck someone spotted one of his shoes laying on the road and they worked quickly to get him out. When they finally freed Landon, he was not breathing, but medics managed to resuscitate him.
He was flown to the Carolinas Medical Center and on the way, he had to be resuscitated again, and when he arrived at the hospital, they had to bring him back to life for a third time.
His prognosis was grim, and doctors told his mother that if Landon did make it, he would likely not be able to walk or eat on his own and that he’d be like an 8 year old child for the rest of his life. Two weeks later a miracle happened. Landon woke up, opened his eyes, and was able to communicate clearly. He was not brain damaged at all. Now Julie had to tell him the heartbreaking news that his father had died.
Wanting to be as gentle as possible, Julie asked her son if he knew where his father was. Landon said he knew and that he saw his father in heaven. His mother was stunned when he went on to say that he also saw two family friends who had passed and two of her other children as well in heaven. At first, she was confused by this then remembered that before she had him, she’d miscarried twice.
She had never told Landon about those losses because he was still too young to understand. She couldn’t explain any of what he told her and so she took it as proof that Landon had been to heaven. Through all of the heartbreak and loss she’d experienced in the last couple of weeks, she found comfort in the thought and her faith in God was renewed.
Many people have claimed to have gone to heaven and then come back. Many of these experiences involve near death accidents and tragedies, where people see loved ones who have passed and then are sent back to Earth because their time is not yet up.
They could very well be seeing the afterlife and heaven, those who see it are convinced of that, and the evidence is compelling no matter what you believe.

Many kids and teens across the world will write letters to their future selves about what they want to do as they get older. Some talk about when they want to get married, how many kids they want, who their husband/wife should be.
While others write about what job they want to work, how far they want to take their education and what their dream career path should look like. After they are done writing the letter, they seal it up, write the date the letter should be opened and put it in a safe place where they will remember to look years down the line.
In today’s story this is exactly what Taylor Smith Johnson a teenager from Tennessee did. One day she woke up and decided to write who future self a letter that she would open on April 13, 2023.
Taylor decided age 22 would be the perfect time for her future self to read this letter as a reminder of what trajectory she wanted her life to head. She had big dreams, great ambition, wanted to travel all around the world, go to college and possibly graduate school while having God always in her heart.
Then without warning a few months after she wrote this letter, Taylor died from Pneumonia and would never be able to open the letter she had written months earlier. Her parents were completely crushed by the loss of their daughter, as losing a child is probably the worst thing that could ever happen to a parent.
As Taylor’s parents tried to cope with the loss of their daughter even going into her room was too difficult. The memories would flood back into their minds and they would immediately break down not being able to cope with the terrible loss.
Then months later, her mother finally had the strength to enter Taylor’s room and she stumbled upon the letter Taylor wrote to her future self. Her mom with tears in her eyes, opened the envelope and began reading the letter. She was stunned by all the things Taylor aspired to and wished her sweet little girl could just come back and do everything she dreamed of.
Although, her daughter was gone, it felt as if she sent this letter from heaven and it gave her mom some peace and closure that she desperately needed. Taylor could no longer be with her family in the physical form but she just knew her little angel would always be with them in spirit.
Her mother wanted Taylor’s memory to live on, so she posted the beautiful message on social media hoping that it would help all her family and friends cope with the untimely loss of her daughter…
