Stick your feet in the liquid and allow them to soak for at least 30-35 minutes, then after you remove them, rinse them off in the bath under warm running water.

Make sure to completely dry in between your toes and smooth on some lotion because your skin will be thirsty for moisturizer. This Listerine and vinegar foot soak will leave your skin feeling incredibly soft and silky smooth. It gently dissolves away old, dead skin cells and helps to prevent both toenail fungus and calluses.

The alcohol in the mouthwash effectively kills all of the bacteria and germs on feet and under toenails, which is the main cause of most people’s foot odor. However, it only helps with minor problems and won’t work so well with more serious or advanced foot issues that often require a doctor.

Soak a cotton ball in the liquid and then tilt your head so that the ear you want to clean faces upwards. Gently squeeze the cotton ball to release a few drops into the ear opening and wait 4-5 minutes. Now you can straighten your head and dab up the remaining liquid as it drips out with a tissue.

The yellowish waxy substance is naturally produced by our bodies and is beneficial to our health in several important ways.

It helps to protect our inner ears from all sorts of nasty stuff like infections, dust, dirt, bacteria, and other germs that would otherwise enter into them. The wax also forms a protective barrier on the surface of the very delicate skin in our ear canals which prevents it from becoming irritated when water gets inside.

Plus, it moisturizes and keeps that skin from becoming dry, flaky, and itchy.Ear wax is produced by the teeny tiny hair follicles that line the ear canal. It normally makes its way out of the opening of the ear naturally and on its own, but sometimes wax can build up and cause blockage problems.

This Woman Was In So Much Pain That She Couldn’t Get Out Of Bed. But Then Her Sister Noticed Something..

Rhonda Gessner began writing a blog about her sister’s mysterious illness in 2001.  She was suffering from severe muscle and stomach spasms.  She went from doctor to doctor over the course of the following year; multiple biopsies did not find any results to explain her symptoms.  They threw prescription drugs at her in an effort to find some solution.

There was some suspicion that she might have Multiple Sclerosis. Nothing definitive could be deduced as the cause for her terrible suffering, and as her health continued to decline she was certain she was dying.  She was getting her affairs in order, and was planning a final trip.  Gessner was on the phone with her one day, when something occurred to her.

She remembered an article a friend had sent her, and asked her sister if she had been drinking Diet Coke.  Oddly enough, she was just about to open one, and said she drank it all the time.  Eureka!!  What was found was that Gessner’s sister had Aspartame poisoning!  Commonly sold as NutraSweet and Equal, the amount of Aspartame she was consuming was lethal!  She quit drinking diet soda and was given a medication to treat the effects of the Aspartame.

Eventually her pain receded, and she recovered.  “Fortune” linked the overuse of aspartame to health problems.  However, there has been no credible research evidence of it’s link to cancer, according to the US National Cancer Institute.  Given the fact that there have been many reports of the kinds of symptoms and illness that are almost identical to what Gessner’s sister suffered, it should give us pause.

To make the tomato facial scrub shown in the video take a ripe red tomato and cut it in half. Squeeze the juice from one of the halves into a small bowl and be sure to use at least one tablespoon of fresh tomato juice.

Simply heat a pot of water on the stove and when it’s hot enough to produce and give off a light mist of constant steam place your face a safe distance above it. When you’re done steaming, have the scrub ready and apply it all over your face and neck. Gently work it into skin for two minutes, then leave it on for another two minutes, before rinsing it off with room temperature water. After You Watch This You Will Never Buy Cough Medicine Again. I’m So Happy I Learned THIS.

Have you ever wondered what is in the cough drops that you buy at the store?  Why do they often taste so strange and sometimes really bad?  If you read the ingredient list there are usually several hard to pronounce words that sound completely foreign.  Many people often wonder if some of the brands they have tried even work or help at all.  Now you can skip the drugstore and make your own natural, limited ingredient, soothing cough drops to have on hand for the next time you feel sick!

Start by filling a pan with 1 cup of sugar and a ½ cup of water.  Cut a lemon in half and add 1 tablespoon of the juice to the water.  The vitamin C in the lemon will help your body fight the cold.  Next, add in 1 tablespoon of honey which is a natural cough suppressant, antibacterial, and helps soothe a sore throat.

Add in ½ teaspoon of ground ginger to help with nausea, pain, and to maintain your immune system.  It also has anti-inflammatory properties and tastes yummy.  Continue to add in ¼ teaspoon of ground cloves that have antiseptic properties, many antioxidants and also help to reduce phlegm.

Once all the ingredients are mixed up in the pot turn on the stove and keep stirring until it simmers.  Reduce the heat and allow it to simmer for an additional 15-20 minutes while stirring regularly.  In the meantime, take out a baking tray and line it with baking paper, when time is up take the pan off the stove and let it cool down to a thick, dark, syrupy texture.  When that consistency is met it’s now time to make the drops on your baking paper.

Spoon the syrup onto the baking sheet and make sure to be very careful because it is likely still hot.  Let the drops cool for a further 20 minutes then coat with a dusting of powdered icing sugar to keep them from sticking together.  Take them off the paper and check to make sure they’re all well coated, adding more powdered sugar if necessary.

That’s it!  You now have homemade natural cough drops that taste great and help relieve your ills.  The video mentions that you can also take a few and dissolve them in hot water for a soothing drink.  Or, you can just eat them whenever like a hard candy!
