She Places White Vinegar and Alcohol Inside Her Ear For 60 Seconds a Day. The Reason Is Brilliant!

No one wants either that clogged feeling of earwax nor the grossness of it being visible.  It’s commonly thought of as dirt that needs to be removed, when in fact, earwax is actually produced by your body to protect the inner ear from things in the environment that can adversely affect it.  In actuality earwax acts as a barrier from real dirt, bacteria, and other potential environmental intrusions.

Not only does earwax serve this health-maintaining function for the inner ear, but it normally gets rid of excess wax naturally.  Despite this fact, many of us are bothered by that gooky feeling of excess wax, and go for the Q-tips to dig it out.  In the video you are about to watch below, Dr.David Hill discusses earwax, and the best ways to clean it when it builds up and is bothersome.

He explains why using Q-tips is the very worst thing you can do when trying to clean your ears.  As he discusses in greater detail, Q-tips push the earwax deeper into the canal and can cause some serious damage.

He makes some healthier suggestions for the safe cleaning of our ears, including a mixture of white vinegar and alcohol.  For exact proportions and some other suggestions, follow his sensible and healthy suggestions, so that you don’t actually cause some serious damage to your inner ears.

Apparently If You Put Garlic In Your Ear Overnight THIS Happens!

image via – shuttertstock.com

Garlic works great for many things. If you want to ward off evil spirits and vampires, hang a clove of it around your neck or on the door of your house. Ancient wisdom and old wives tales say that by doing so it helps to keep dark forces at bay. While that may or may not be the case, garlic has always been highly regarded as a powerhouse of a food that can help keep us healthy.

The pungent bulbs provide our bodies with numerous health benefits and you don’t even have to eat it to gain some of them! If you ever happen to suffer from an annoying, painful, terrible feeling headache or earache, garlic can help relieve your misery.

Take a clean peeled clove of garlic and gently place it in the opening of your ear, like you would an ear plug. After a short while you’ll start to feel a heat sensation spreading through your ear and then the pain and irritation will begin to subside. Leave the clove in your ear for at least 30-35 minutes or longer and if you want you can even leave it in overnight.

Garlic is effective at treating ear infections because it has anti-bacterial and anti-viral properties. They get to the root of the problem and work naturally to cut down and kill the bacteria and germs in your inner ear that are causing all the pain and misery.

It also has natural antiseptic properties that reduce the risk of further or future infection. Garlic is also anti-inflammatory and can work wonders at reducing the swelling and throbbing that accompanies ear aches. That’s why a small piece of it in your ear can make a huge difference.

Furthermore, if you eat garlic you’ll end up giving your immune system a boost because it’s packed with nutrients like fiber, Vitamins C and B6, potassium, and calcium.

Whenever you feel like you’re coming down with something or get a cold, skip the meds and instead pop some garlic since it has been proven to help reduce the severity of symptoms associated with the flu and common cold.

Whether you eat it or place a clove of it in your ear, a little bit of garlic can be an immense benefit to you in the end and your body will thank you.

Boy Tells Dr. THIS Pencil Got Trapped Inside His Ear But What The Dr. Removes Is UNTHINKABLE!

image via – youtube.com

It’s well known that young children love to stick things where they don’t belong.  They’ll put random things in their mouths, up their noses, or in their ears without thinking twice about what they’re even doing.  Think about it, just about everyone has a story from early childhood about how either they or someone they know got a Lego or M&M stuck up their nose!

Usually when something gets stuck its very temporary, the object eventually works its way out on its own, and in the end it turns out to be harmless.  However, there are times when a child needs professional help and for a young boy named Louis King that was the case.

According to Louis, he had been playing around when he stuck a pencil in his ear.  Part of it broke off and became lodged deep inside, but he neglected to even mention this to his mother for a full week!  Naturally, his mother was concerned and rushed him immediately to the doctor.

After hearing Louis’s story and examining him the doctor began the process of extracting what he believed to be was a pencil. However, the doctor soon realized that the object stuck in the young child’s ear was not what he had been telling them.  Instead of finding a pencil fragment, he found a watch battery!

The battery was so deep that Louis’s eardrum had completely disappeared.  Thankfully eardrums recover and come back over time but if the battery had not been removed it could have caused hearing loss, pain, and infection.

In the end, Louis fully recovered and learned to not stick anything in his ears again.  It’s still unknown how or why he decided to hide a watch battery in his ear, but that’s just kids for you!

Did you or your kids ever do anything like this? Let us know!

This Guy Puts Vinegar In This Old Pup’s Ear. The Reason? I Had No Idea

image via – facebook.com

If you have a dog who often suffers from itchy, dirty, smelly ears, then you know how disheartening it can be to watch them constantly scratch and whine in discomfort. A lot of dogs and particular breeds, such as spaniels and retrievers, are prone to developing ear infections.

The most common cause is dietary and too much grain or sugar in their diet can trigger food allergies and result in yeast building up in the ears. Another potential cause is lifestyle and how much time a dog spends outdoors and in the water can increase the chance for infection.

That’s because dogs who are outside a lot have greater exposure to grasses, spores, pollen, and other allergens in the air. Dogs who swim more are likely to get water in their ears and excess moisture in a dark, warm place like the ear is the perfect spot for yeast and bacteria to grow.

Finally, there is always the potential that your dog has ear mites and if you suspect that to be the case, it’s best get them veterinary attention. To treat and clean your dog’s itchy ears at home, try this simple and inexpensive method. It’s a safe, all natural solution that will help alleviate their symptoms.

All you need to do is mix together equal parts apple cider vinegar and distilled water. You don’t need a lot, just enough to fill a dropper or syringe with about 10-20 drops. When administering the solution, it’s very important to never place anything inside your dog’s ear canal.

Instead use a dropper or syringe to hover right above the ear opening and place about 10 drops in the ear. Immediately afterwards, gently massage and rub the ear in a circular motion, reverse direction a few times, and remove your hand. Your dog will probably shake his head after and will love the soothing relief that the simple mixture provides.

As with any home health treatment, you should always consult with your pet’s veterinarian first before administering, just to be safe. Also, if your dog’s eardrums are, or could be, perforated and/or punctured do not use this treatment. The man in this video checked with his vet first and had the method he goes over approved.

His adorable and very relaxed dog has had a problem with ear infections his whole life. The man noticed early on that the itching and pain were driving his dog crazy and he soon found that the apple cider vinegar and water solution works best at alleviating the dog’s urge to itch and scratch.

He also uses a 50/50 ratio mixture and demonstrates how he cleans his dog’s ears safely and properly, as advised by his veterinarian. His easy-going dog appears to know what’s coming as she lays down on her side patiently waiting for her treatment.

He drops in the solution and then rubs her ears, wiggling them all around to loosen up the crud. He does a few extra things, like sticking a cotton ball in her ear and it’s kind of graphic when he pulls it out, so be forewarned. Check it out to see the rest and how he does it.

Hopefully this treatment can be of benefit for a lot of dogs out there who are suffering from itchy, uncomfortable, dirty ears. Ask your vet if it’s the right thing for your dog and they give you the green light, try it out!

If You Put These 2 Ingredients In Your Ear You Can Get Rid Of Ear Wax and Ear Infections For Good!

image via – youtube.com

Whenever the topic of either earwax or ear cleaning is brought up, you likely think to yourself something along the lines of “eww, gross!” People often view earwax as a sign of bodily uncleanliness because it sounds and looks gross. It’s natural to automatically assume that earwax is nasty and view it in such a negative light, after all it’s a bodily fluid that comes out of our ears, there is absolutely nothing appealing about it whatsoever.

That’s also why people tend to stick all sorts of cleaning solutions, Q-tips, and even automatic ear cleaner gadgets in their ears, in vain attempts to remove the offensive substance. If you’re guilty of doing any of the aforementioned things, you should definitely re-think your ear-care routine and learn why that is bad for your health.

Whenever you stick anything into your ears you are simply making them dirtier and increasing the odds of developing an ear infection, or potentially something even worse. Every year there are countless numbers of people who injure and damage their inner ears because they stick Q-tips way too far and forcibly into them.

Yet the fact remains that the most common way, by far, in which people go about cleaning their ears is with Q-tips. Doing this is the wrong way to clean them, it’s ineffective and just pushes the wax further into the ear canal thereby increasing the potential for build up and blockage. Whatever you do, don’t use Q-tips to try and clean your ears.

Instead, gently wash the outside area with a washcloth and then use a solution of white vinegar and rubbing alcohol to help dissolve the wax gently and naturally. Here’s exactly how you should do it. First, in a small bowl mix together equal parts distilled white vinegar and rubbing alcohol.

Soak a cotton ball in the liquid and then tilt your head so that the ear you want to clean faces upwards. Gently squeeze the cotton ball to release a few drops into the ear opening and wait 4-5 minutes. Now you can straighten your head and dab up the remaining liquid as it drips out with a tissue.

That’s all it takes, you don’t have to poke anything up your ear or spend a bunch of money. The bad reputation that earwax has developed is based on nothing but false information and it’s totally without merit. The yellowish waxy substance is naturally produced by our bodies and is beneficial to our health in several important ways.

It helps to protect our inner ears from all sorts of nasty stuff like infections, dust, dirt, bacteria, and other germs that would otherwise enter into them. The wax also forms a protective barrier on the surface of the very delicate skin in our ear canals which prevents it from becoming irritated when water gets inside.

Plus, it moisturizes and keeps that skin from becoming dry, flaky, and itchy.Ear wax is produced by the teeny tiny hair follicles that line the ear canal. It normally makes its way out of the opening of the ear naturally and on its own, but sometimes wax can build up and cause blockage problems.

If you feel that there is a blockage due to wax build up in your ear, you can try the aforementioned remedy or go see a doctor if the issue is potentially more serious.
