Ah the wonderful joy of having children. Nothing brings more joy to a couples life than the magic of bringing your own children into the world. While it truly is one of the greatest feelings in the world it can be overwhelming and frustrating at times. These curious little critters are like sponges absorbing everything in anything around them.
In today’s technology centric world, it would only be natural for kids to be super curious about these strange beeping devices that mommy and daddy seem to be looking at all day. Science has been advancing and evolving at such a rapid pace but the yound kids seem to be keeping pace and evolving with this constantly changing world.
This brings us to today’s story featuring a father named Evan Osnos. One morning he had been busy doing stuff around the house, when he realized he needed to look something up on his ipad. He looked around unaware that his toddler was busy trying to hack his pass code and gain access to the tablet!
By the time dad got to his ipad, the damage had already been done! He pressed on the power button, looked at the screen and at first thought he must be hallucinating. His background was illuminating from the phone, but a lock symbol stated that his phone would be locked for the next 25,536,442 minutes (approximately 48 years). He had no idea what to do and began trying to figure out how he would regain access after his adorable yet mischefious child had put him in quite the pickle!

THIS Airplane Mysteriously Vanished Then Landed 37 Years Later!

The world is full of strange unexplained mysteries and the story of Pan Am Flight 914 is one of them. The chartered aircraft with 57 passengers and four crew on board landed in Caracas, Venezuela in 1992 after it had disappeared 37 years earlier in 1955. The plane originally left New York on a flight path scheduled to land several hours later in Miami. However, shortly after taking off the plane seemingly vanished into thin air.
When it landed years later, the passengers all thought it was still 1955 and that they had landed in Florida rather than Caracas. Air traffic controllers claim that the plane did not appear on their radar screens, rather they spotted it as it approached the airport. When they radioed the pilot and asked for identification, he responded in frightened voice and asked where he was. He then told controllers that he was charter flight 914 coming from New York and destined for Miami with four crew and 57 passengers aboard.
Upon hearing the pilot, the control room fell eerily quiet. An air traffic controller named Juan De la Corte informed him that he was in Caracas, Venezuela and then asked if the plane was experiencing a disaster. After receiving no reply, the runway was quickly cleared for an immediate landing and the plane was brought down smoothly.
After it had landed, the pilot was overheard talking to his copilot saying “Jimmy, what the hell is this?” It was assumed that they were looking at the new model jets surrounding them on the tarmac as they sounded incredulous and confused, it was probably as if they were looking at a spaceship. The pilot then informed controllers that he was scheduled to land at Miami International Airport at 9:55 A.M. on July 2, 1955. They radioed back that he had landed at Caracas International Airport and the date was May 21, 1992.
Upon hearing the date the pilot could be heard breathing heavily as he sputtered “Oh my God.” In an effort to calm him the controller said they were sending a ground crew to help them out. Instead of being relieved, the pilot shouted not to come near the plane and that they were leaving. As the approaching ground crew neared the plane, they could see passengers looking out the windows and then the pilot opened his up to wave them away. While waving them off he held a file in his hand and a small calendar, that was later found to be dated from 1955, dropped to the ground.
The pilots then restarted the plane’s engines and took off without saying another word despite pleas for them to stay grounded and answer further questions. Venezuelan Civil Aviation leaders quickly came in and confiscated all records relating to the strange event, including the recorded conversations and the calendar. They claimed to be investigating the incident further and yet nothing ever came of it.
Since then many conspiracy theories have emerged that try to make sense of it all. Some claim paranormal activity is to blame, others point to a time travel portal of sorts, but nothing is for certain. It remains one of the world’s biggest aviation mysteries to this day.

No One In THIS Family Believed Grandads Wild and Crazy Tales Til One Day They Opened His Hidden Chest In The Attic!

If you ever had a grandpa who loved to tell stories, you know that a lot of times what he promises is the truth seems questionable at best. My grandfather actually wrote an entire book of his adventures and I must say almost every chapter seemed like complete fiction. A few years back there was a great movie named Big Fish which basically covered this exact topic. It featured a grandpa who was known for telling the most wild tales of adventure, danger, love and the unimaginable. If you haven’t seen Big Fish and you find the story we are covering today interesting, I highly recommend you check it out!
What’s so amazing about grandfather’s and their tall tales is usually nobody in the family knows for sure what is real and what is fiction and the mystery that makes story telling grandad’s so awesome! This brings us to today’s story which features Mike and Maria Lopez who had to clean out their grandpa’s attic. Mike and Maria’s grandpa was one of these guys who could really tell a story. Not only was his timing and delivery flawless but the content was always fascinating. For the most part the Lopez’s took all his stories with a grain of salt and although they loved his tales of adventure they never really fully believed him.
To give you an example of Maria and Mike’s grandfathers stories he once told them that he had discovered the hidden treasure of a famous pirate named Jose Gaspar. Of course this story seemed absolutely outlandish, riddiculous and unbelievable but grandad sure was entertaining. After he passed away, his grandchildren had to go into his attic to go through all his stuff and clean it out. They figured that they would find some cool stuff up there, but what they were about to uncover is something they never could’ve prepared for!
As they rummaged through all the junk, they came across a box that looked to be out of place from the rest of the stuff. It sparked their curiousity so they opened it up and first saw a black and white picture of a couple at their wedding and figured it was grandpa and their grandmother. But as they went through the box, the next thing they found was an odd map of Tampa, Florida which looked like he drew it or possibly a 3rd grader. The map seemed odd to them especially since it was hand drawn and looked pretty messy. Under the map, they uncovered the next strange items. They looked like ancient coins from Spain and Portugal which could’ve been up to 500 years old!
All of sudden, they began to wonder if maybe grandpa was just telling a good fairy tale and maybe just maybe there was some truth behind his stories. After they went through the coins, they got to the next level down in the box and that’s when things really started to get weird. The found what looked like the remains of a human hand which somehow had been pretty well preserved inside the old treasure chest. Why in the world would grandpa hide an ancient looking hand in the attic for all these years?
They had way more questions then answers and unfortunately grandpa was no longer around to clarify what was truly going on. Little did they know they would uncover so much more of their grandfather’s mysteries…

School Bus Driver Notices a Strange Thing On The Street. But He Immediately Gets Out and Sprints Towards It!

The side of a busy highway isn’t safe for anyone. With the constant flow of cars and trucks travelling at high speeds and drivers who may be distracted, there’s a heightened chance that someone on the shoulder can get hit, seriously injured, or killed. It certainly is no place for a young child to be and no one ever expects to see a little kid all alone on the side of the highway.
That’s what one Milwaukee County Transit System bus driver saw one cold December morning while driving her route on the city’s south side. It was December 22, 2018, and Irina Ivic was driving the city bus when she spotted something shocking on the freeway overpass that she was about to cross. On the side of the road was a little girl clothed in no shoes and nothing but a onesie. The toddler was wandering around all alone in the freezing cold and Irina knew she had to act fast.
She immediately stopped the bus and sprinted across the busy highway to reach the toddler. Once she got to the child, she scooped up the crying baby and holding her close, she brought her back to the warmth and safety of the bus. As she radioed for help a passenger who had witnessed it all took her coat off and gave it to Irina to wrap the baby in.
When police, firefighters, and transit security arrived they checked the child over and determined she was cold, but safe and sound thanks to Irina’s quick reaction. In an interview, Irina said that 12 years ago she immigrated to Milwaukee from Serbia where she used to be a teacher. She has a natural affinity for children and has kids of her own as well. She said that she wouldn’t hesitate to help a child in need and would do it again in a heartbeat.
According to police, the little girl’s mother may have been suffering from mental health issues, which led to her leaving the child outside. After she was found and checked out, the little girl was reunited with her father and is safe. A commendation ceremony was held in Irina’s honor to thank her for rescuing the child and what could have been a tragedy ended in smiles and feelings of relief.
