A ‘Scary’ Little Cockatiel Approaches A Huge Great Dane. The Giant Dog’s Reaction Is Hysterical!

One of the best traits Of Great Danes is their accidental and adorable way of making us laugh without them even knowing it.  The are so big, cute, and goofy that their reactions to life usually always put a smile on our face.  The video below is no exception to the rule, a tiny Cockatiel approaches this giant Great Dane and then hilarity ensues.

Every time the Cockatiel takes a step closer or tweets The Great Dane becomes started and twitches uncontrollably.  The funniest part of the whole video is how the bird is completely calm and collected and has absolutely no fear of the giant dog.  I think we can tell who the boss in this relationship is.

I guess in the animal kingdom, size doesn’t necessarily matter.  Most youtubers agree that the Great Dane in this video looks a lot like the character Scooby Doo who is always being startled by ghosts and monsters.  This video is sure to put a smile on your face to start the week off right. Enjoy!

Every Night Daddy Puts On The River Dance Music. The Parrot Proceeds To Do The Most Hysterical Moves.

With a name like ‘Lovebird,’ you have to be happy, upbeat, and fun loving! That’s exactly how this beautifully vibrant blue and white feathered lovebird acts when he hears his favorite music. The energetic little parrot has some seriously sweet and awesome dance moves and knows how to boogie on down! The adorable bird seems to really enjoy the fast Irish tune that’s playing and he knows exactly how to dance to the music. He hops up and down while tapping his tiny feet along to the beat, just like how an Irish step dancer moves!

Some of his moves are quite impressive and his Irish jig is seriously on point. He may even dance better than some of the professional River Dancers because he’s doing it all on his own with no training or direction! Check out the way he kicks and moves his feet, it’s awesome to see what a naturally talented and sprightly bird he is.

Lovebirds got their name from the fact that they form monogamous relationships and stay with the same mate for their entire adult life. Even if that were not the case they’d probably still be called lovebirds just the same because of their naturally warm, friendly, affectionate, and caring nature.

Once the small colorful parrots find a lover they spend most of their time sitting right alongside them. They strengthen their bond with their mate by preening and feeding one another and basically doing all of the adorable, sweet types of things that any loved up couple would do.

The clever, intelligent, brightly feathered little birds have long been a much loved favorite of people and bird enthusiasts all over the world. Many keep bonded pairs as pets and if they are treated right and well-taken care of, they can even end up forming super-close bonds with their human counterparts.

It’s easy to tell when a lovebird really and truly likes you because they will cuddle and nestle closely, and sometimes even preen you. Be sure to check out this one’s dance routine to see just how awesome and fun loving they can be!

This Little Penguin Runs Toward His Human. When He Reaches Him I Can’t Stop Laughing!

image via – youtube.com

Cookie is a “little penguin” both literally and figuratively. The adorable little bird is a member of Eudyptula minor, which is the smallest species of penguin in the world. On average, they grow up to 13 centimeters tall and weigh in at around 3 pounds. Cookie lives at the Cincinnati Zoo’s Bird House in Ohio, while other fellow species members are often found on the southern coasts of Australia and New Zealand.

Little penguins are so small, cute, and magical that they are often called fairy penguins. They go about their days zipping through the waters close to the shore looking for tiny fish to eat. The little one in this video, named Cookie, has a bumblefoot and can’t be in the water a lot.

Bumblefoot is when feet become inflamed and infected with bacteria. To prevent it from worsening or becoming fatal, staff at the Cincinnati Zoo keep Cookie inside when the other little penguins go swimming. He needs to keep his foot bandaged and as dry as possible.

That’s why you see him waddling around in the hallway, behind the scenes at the zoo. Cookie visits with staff and when he see’s his favorite zookeeper he hurries over to say hello. That’s when he lets out a joyous giggle type noise that is delightful to hear.

You have to hear Cookie’s trills and happy sounds to get an idea of his vocal capabilities. One thing is certain, this little penguin is one special bird that will melt your heart!

Dad Tells His Bird It’s Time To Go In The Cage. He Proceeds To Throw The Most Hysterical Tantrum!

image via – facebook.com

One of the loudest, most noisy animals in the whole entire world happens to be a Cockatoo. The vocal birds evolved their shrill sounding voices for survival related reasons as the distinct calls are what helps them to communicate with fellow Cockatoos in the wild.

Loud mouths aren’t the only thing the parrot species are known for, they’re also highly intelligent animals who love to talk. The ones that spend time around people often pick up human words and will repeat the ones they hear the most often. That’s not always a good thing because Cockatoos are also screamers, when they talk it’s like they’re yelling. If they pick up a naughty word, like a curse, expect to hear it often!

The outspoken bird in this clip named Pebbles is a case in point. Be forewarned, she curses like a sailor and has a lot of impolite things to say. According to her caretakers at the Saskatoon Parrot Rescue up in Canada, before they took her in she had lived in approximately 10 homes over the last 20 years or so. Somewhere along the way she learned how to swear and the rest as they say, is history.

Pebbles had been enjoying the day outside of her cage and clearly didn’t want it to end. When she was asked to get back inside of it, she threw a temper tantrum and had a major freak out! The beautiful white feathered girl acted like a diva as she flapped around and stomped back and forth on top of her cage. She noisily protests everything from her cage to the veterinarian and more.

However, not everything she has to say is so negative and foul mouthed. At one point in the video she can be heard saying something that sounds like “I just like rock and roll” and the video comments seem to confirm this. Check out her wild and crazy rant and see what you can decipher from it!

Pebbles would get along quite well with another famous angry bird, Eric the Legend. He’s a bad boy who also does lots of naughty things, like curse at all the other birds in his neighborhood and the poor family dog. They both have some of the biggest attitudes around and love to yell out swears like they just don’t give a hoot!

This Crazy Bird Walks Over To A Couple. What He Says Makes Them Burst Out Laughing!

Birdwatching is a fun way to interact and connect with nature. Many people assume it is an activity for people who really, really, really like birds. While that is partly true, it’s also for those who want to get outside and explore new places while actively being aware of the many species and types of unique birds different places have to offer. Birding requires one to listen, search out, and pursue birds which can be very enjoyable and even therapeutic in a sense.

Even if you are not an avid birdwatcher, hopefully you can appreciate a beautiful one when it crosses your path. The bird in this video is quite the brunch companion. The friendly feathered fella happily chirps up a storm, making odd and amusing sounds to the delight of a couple who taped the interaction.

They attempt to mimic and sing along with the black and white colored bird, laughing and smiling the whole time, as he noisily answers them back. A commenter below the video wrote that this type of bird is a black collared starling, and after an image search it appears that they are correct.

Wikipedia says this bird is not endangered and is mainly found in then tropical or subtropical dry forests of China, Laos, Cambodia, Thailand, Vietnam, Myanmar and Brunei. One of those places is where this video was likely captured, and it must have made an awesome memory for the couple who interacted with the chirpy bird!

WATCH: This Seriously Injured Animal In Need Begs Fisherman For Help. What They Do Next Is Amazing!

When a fisherman was out on the open water he noticed a strange sight.  A juvenile bald eagle, whose head had not yet turned white with age, was struggling to swim in the water.  The bird was slowly headed towards the boat and visibly exhausted by the life or death swim he was laboring through.  The fisherman filmed his wild encounter and can be heard on the video saying “I’d throw you a life jacket but don’t have one that’d fit ya.”

After scooping up the half drowned eagle from the water he let him rest on the boat, hoping his water logged wings would dry out enough for the bird to soon fly away.  But it soon became clear that this bird wasn’t simply tired and weighed down, he was extremely sick.  The poor bird didn’t even have the strength to take flight, so the man decided to help.

He called a volunteer who ended up flying the eagle to the Orphaned Wildlife Rehabilitation Society (O.W.L), a non-profit organization whose mission is dedicated to helping sick, injured or orphaned birds return to the wild.  OWL Veterinarians administered tests, hand fed him, and placed the very sick and weak young eagle in intensive care.

They discovered that he had an infection and would need months for recovery and antibiotics to help fight it off.  The chances for his survival were estimated to be 50-50 as it was too early to tell with certainty if he’d live.  However, the medical care and treatment he is receiving at the center will ensure he has a much better chance at life than the certain death he would have faced in the wild.

It is the fisherman who saved his life in the first instance, when he scooped him from the frigid water, and prevented him from drowning.  It was almost as if the eagle knew the man would help him when he swam for the boat.  If there was ever a moment to believe in fate, that first encounter would be it.
