THIS King Cobra Is Holding Up Traffic. Then An UNTHINKABLE Surprise Snatches Him Off The Street!

King cobras have earned their fearsome reputation as a deadly snake whose bite contains enough venom to kill a human. In some cases, people have died less than 30 minutes after the deadly bite, and those who survive have reported that it’s extremely painful to endure and can have long lasting detrimental effects on the human body.
Even more astounding is the fact that their bite is capable of killing huge elephants in mere hours. While king cobras usually prefer to avoid humans, contact with them is inevitable as we encroach more and more on their territory. They can be found all across India and Southeast Asia!
One little, scrappy feisty mammal has absolutely no fear of the deadly king cobra. This mammal is the mongoose! They are very smart, clever and are well known for their ability to fight snakes, particularly cobras, often winning and then eating them whole. Some species of mongoose are resistant to the neurotoxins found in snake venom which makes then a natural predator to the snakes. Basically making the snakes main weaponry obsolete!
In the short footage below a king cobra has found a sunny and relaxing spot to bask in the sun on the warm paved road. The slinky snake has unknowingly stopped traffic and people quickly pull out their phones and cameras to snap pics and film the dangerous creature. Thankfully, in India they are protected and anyone found guilty of killing one can be sentenced up to 6 years in prison, so no one would dare run it over so publicly!
But that doesn’t mean the snakes out of danger because nearby its fiercest enemy lurks. A mongoose spots the snake, sees dinner, and advances towards it with no hesitation. The two battle each other, with the snake striking multiple times and the fast mongoose dodging and weaving his way around the assault. It soon ends and the mongoose emerges as the victor, carrying his cobra off the road with him so he can eat it in privacy.
I would never have thought the mongoose would win, or even be so brave. I guess a little knowledge goes a long way, and hope you learned as much as I did.

Okay soccer lovers, this is really wild! Here’s a big guy who really comes alive, when he even sees a soccer ball, let alone has it thrown his way for play. This spirited animal has more beautiful hair than Beckham himself, and he could give him a run for his money. Bred in captivity at the Johannesburg Zoo in South Africa, Triton the lion is definitely happy in his habitat.
He was hand-raised with adoration by his keepers at the zoo. Although it would have been preferable for this incredible animal to have been free in the wild, the unfortunate truth made the zoo a safer place. Due to poaching and habitat loss, lions of his kind have suffered a rapid decline in the wild and their natural habitats
Other than humans, the greatest population of mammals on planet Earth used to be lions. That is no longer the case, according to the World Wildlife Fund. In fact they now list them as “vulnerable” (to extinction), which is only a step away from being labeled “endangered”. The work that organizations like the Johannesburg Zoo do, help to ensure that lions like Triton continue to exist.
According to those, like the woman who narrates this upcoming video, the hardest part of maintaining a great life for the big cats, is keeping them moving, active and entertained. Boredom can literally be a killer. Whereas in the wild, hunting and stalking prey is a big part of the action, without that key part of their existence they can become bored.
This would not be good for their overall health and survival. Triton, the star of this footage, was finding his daily routine boring, according to the zookeepers in charge of his care. They threw him a soccer ball one day, and a star was born! It was just pure luck that they found the key to his passion.
This isn’t particularly a “lion thing” as his four other pals weren’t interested at all. Watch this big beautiful animal’s skills as he receives the soccer ball! Enjoy this entertaining video below! It will totally make your day!

He Took THIS Pregnancy Test As A Joke. He Had No Idea THIS Would Save His Life!

Every once in a while you come across a story that is truly a real miracle! A reddit user whose name is Cappnpoopdeck thought it would be a hysterical joke to pee on his x-girlfriend’s pregnancy tests she had left in his bathroom. He took the pregnancy test urinated on it and to his surprise the test came back positive saying that indeed he was pregnant. He was confused and couldn’t understand how this was possible!
What started out as a funny gag to mess with his x-girlfriend actually ended up saving this lucky man’s life. This is something everyone should be aware of. As it turns out pregnancy tests look for raised levels of HCG, which is a hormone produced by pregnant women and men with testicular cancer!
Right after Cappnpoopdeck got word from fellow Redditors he immediately rushed over to his doctor. During the exam the doctor found a tumor in his testicle! If he never peed on this little stick, he probably would’ve died at such a young age. Thank god for the internet, which on this day happened to save this guy’s life! So with all the craziness on the internet these days, there is still amazing miracles that can happen!

If You Spot a Thin Blue Line Painted On The Curb In Front Of Your House. It Means THIS..

The ‘Thin Blue Line’ is a concept that reflects a point of view concerning police culture. It is reflective of the worldview held by the police, that when they put on their blue uniform, it represents law and order. That ‘thin blue line’, they say, is what stands between a society that abides by the rules, and anarchy.
The thin line has grown thinner for police across the U.S.A. as “bad cops” have gone too far over that line, committing crimes themselves in the line of duty. The majority of the police force across the country, put themselves in harms way, as they protect citizens from the mayhem that exists in a world that has grown more violent every day!
The sheer magnitude of what they face, particularly in the big cities, is overwhelming. When the few bad cops, unfortunate circumstances, or prejudice officers result in the harm or deaths of innocent citizens, that thin blue line gets thinner and thinner.
These incidents in our society have been coming to the fore and have resulted in a backlash against the police. Although some of this is warranted, it has increasingly made it more and more dangerous for good cops to do their job.
One citizen, a small business owner Anthony Welichko, saw the public tide turning against the police, and he wanted to do something that would show support for the cops who do a good job, and who have become increasingly afraid for their own lives!
He began an initiative after posting a message to law enforcement on his Facebook page. He has called the movement ‘The Safe Harbor Initiative’. His post has been shared more than 85,000 times by people who support what he is saying!
The thin blue line painted on a curb in front of people’s houses as part of his initiative, it is a symbol of support and gratitude for the work they do. “To all the police out there doing their jobs to keep us safe every day. We thank you!”
His heartfelt expression and explanation of his initiative should be watched in the video below. It is food for thought in a world in which too often we see things in black and white, and don’t consider the shades of gray that truly represent the work of ‘The Thin Blue Line’.

She Cuts an X Into An Onion And Puts It In The Oven For 30 Min. When She Reveals The Result WOW!

If you have ever enjoyed a tasty blooming onion then you will love this healthy take on that good old deep fried favorite loved by so many! The oven baked recipe is easy to make and prepare, all you need is onions, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and salt and pepper (optional). The onion will come out of the oven tender, tasty, full of flavor, and makes a beautiful colorful addition to any food it’s served with!
Below is the onion flower recipe! Start by gathering the ingredients; 4 red onions, 3 Tbsp. olive oil, 2 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper. If you plan on serving this as a side dish with other food on a plate it is best to use smaller sized red onions and if it’s an appetizer then larger ones will do!
Peel the onion and slice off the the bottom root part so that it can be set down flat without rolling around! Carefully cut down the center, but be sure not to cut all the way through, you want to leave about half an inch uncut so that the pieces stay together..
Then cut it in half again so you have 4 pieces, and finally cut each of those in half so you end up with a total of 8 segments, all joined together at the bottom. Place the onions in a bowl, pour the olive oil and balsamic vinegar over, and toss them until they are well coated.
After, transfer all four onions onto a greased baking dish, spreading them out evenly so they have room to cook. Drizzle the remaining oil and vinegar on and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake at 425° for 25-30 min!
When time is up take them out, remove the foil, and then bake uncovered for an additional 10 minutes. When they come out of the oven the onions should be “blooming” and will have opened up in similar fashion to that of a flower’s petals unfolding.
They will be crisp on the outside and tender, juicy, and flavorful on the inside. Onions get sweeter when baked at high temps and these taste just as good as they look! Actually they taste better! 🙂

He Was Feeling Something Strange Grab His Leg. He Looked Down and Saw THIS The UNTHINKABLE!

A couple lucky tourists visiting the beach and sea had an awesome fortunate and surprising experience with an amazing wild sea otter on Vancouver Island in British Columbia, Canada! The once in a lifetime chance rendezvous happened in the seas of Cadboro Bay on the southern tip of the island near the province’s capitol, Victoria, Canada.
The beach was pretty much empty except for a couple people who were happily snapping away, taking pictures of the beautiful picturesque bay, and filming some videos when a sea otter swam into view! Beachgoers naturally started filming the cute little sea mammal as he played around near the shore in his natural habitat.
Thankfully they did because they caught the moment when the curious otter decided to make friends with a man who was wading in the shallow, chilly Pacific waters nearby. The sea otter suddenly swam right up to him without any hesitation whatsoever and began to check him out up close and personal.
The adorable otter swam all around the guy, weaving in and around his lower legs and ankles. Before long he even appeared to be nuzzling the man, who reached down and gave the little guy a couple of friendly pats on the back.
The friendly mammal looked like he was loving the attention and acts just like an excited puppy dog would, he even gently nipped at the man’s leg as they played in the water. The whole encounter lasted just a few minutes before the otter decided he’d had enough and headed back out to sea.
Nevertheless, the brief time that the man and otter shared together definitely left a lasting impression on everyone who was there at the beach that day. The remarkably friendly otter was truly a sweetheart and what an amazing experience it must have been for everyone involved!

Things Kept Going Missing In THIS Apartment So He Set Up A Hidden Cam. What He Found Is So Scary!

A guy living in NYC started to notice that food kept disappearing from his apartment. In fact, so much food had seemingly disappeared that it prompted him to ask his girlfriend if she was taking the food and devouring it all down!
She said no way and that’s when he decided to figure out what the heck was actually going on here. He quickly set up a hidden cam in a corner and aimed it right at the kitchen. A couple hours after he fell asleep, the hidden security cam caught one of the scariest things ever!
In the dark, upper right hand corner, a lady suddenly appears and slowly creeps her way out of a deep storage crawl-space, which extends into the kitchen. She moves slowly, creepishly and carefully as she drops down onto a table and then slithers to the floor, trying her hardest to not making any noise!
She heads straight over to the sink and pees in it, then pops open the fridge for a drink, swigging directly out of the carton. After, she grabs some food in the pantry and then sits down on the couch to relax and enjoy her snack.
All the while, just feet away, the man is asleep right in the next room. The weird woman seems to know where everything is as she deliberately moves her way slowly around the kitchen. She has done this more than a few times before and by now it seems like she’s at ease raiding this poor guys kitchen.
While the whole clip makes my skin crawl, the worst part was when the guy got up to get a drink in the middle of the night. The woman hears him coming and runs out of the shot to hide, while he passes right by her unknowingly.
He grabs the carton she just drank out of and pours himself a drink before heading back to bed. The woman was there watching and hiding the whole time which makes this feel like it could be straight out of a horror movie. Even the way she slithers back up into the crawlspace seems menacing!
When the man first saw the footage he instantly ran out of the apartment and called the police who arrived and took the creepy lady away. After investigating they told the guy that she had been living up in the storage area for weeks. It was likely that she initially broke in to rob him while he was out, found the space, and decided to stay and make herself at home.
A person’s home is supposed to be the one place that they feel safe and secure in. This video is so ominous and alarming because the woman violates the man’s personal space to such an extreme degree, and takes away any safe feeling he had in the process.
Also, the police told the man that this wasn’t the first time they had come across a case like this. Which makes me wonder, how many people out there are living with uninvited guests in their own houses, who eat their food, and hide in the shadows?
