This Little Cube Looks Strange From The Outside But The Inside Will Blow Your Mind!

Have you ever dreamed of living in a penthouse apartment? Living high up above a city on top of a building would give you an amazing view of everything below, and much more natural light would shine in your windows.

For many, the expensive cost of such a space keeps them from ever living the top floor lifestyle. However, there is an alternative solution to that issue thanks to Werner Aisslinger. He is an architect who designed the Loft Cube, a compact living space that can be easily added onto an existing rooftop, or wherever your heart desires to live.

Aisslinger’s Loft Cube design stemmed from his vision to create a rooftop community after he had looked out over the city of Berlin and noticed all the empty, flat space not being used on top of the buildings. What he came up with was an idea to build a compact space which could easily be added onto any existing rooftop. That idea manifested into the Loft Cube, an affordable, sleek, and modern living space.

The incredibly neat and compact design measures in at a total of 430 square feet. That small footprint holds all a person needs at a price most everyone can afford, they start at around $40,000. Not only are the spaces modern and sleek, they are comfortable and fit almost all the amenities found in much larger spaces or homes.

The cube can be built on location in as few as 5 days, and it can be disassembled and removed just as easily in even less time than it takes to build, 1 day. There is no need for a foundation because it rests on 4 legs, which are adjustable to accommodate uneven surfaces or ground. It’s basically a portable house and can be take and set up practically anywhere.

The interior of the cube is comfortable and divided with adjustable panels into 4 separate areas, a living room, kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom. The entire home is built to be self-sufficient since it is portable and off the grid. Everything from the air conditioning to the entertainment system is built into the cube and controlled by a master panel with the touch of a finger.

If your thinking that since the cost is so low then they must have skimped elsewhere, they didn’t. The built in appliances are quality, high end pieces and all of the fittings and minute details are meticulous and exact. The Loft Cube is a durable high tech home, and it was both designed and made to last a lifetime.

They Were Walking Through The Desert When They Noticed THIS Hole. What Was Inside Is UNBELIEVABLE!

There have been many different creative ideas and projections into the future, about where and how people will live.  Will there be civilizations living in space or under the water?  Currently people live in many unique ways throughout the world.  The town you are about to see and hear about in the following video is indeed unique and astounding.

In a South Australian town where temperatures reach an unbearable height of 120 degrees Fahrenheit,  the residents came up with a shocking solution to the unlivable climate. Coober Pedy is the name of the town that surprisingly is devoid of apartment buildings or houses.

The 2,000 inhabitants have made their home underground! They have escaped the unbearable heat of the Outback by creating miles of man-made tunnels, wherein an entire city of pretty normal homes exist for each family.  Unbelievably, visiting tourists even have hotels to stay in.  There are stores that meet their every need, and the homes themselves have all the modern amenities.

The town itself has a history whose roots go back to the soil of the area.  In the turn of the 20th century,  a father and son came hoping to find gold.  Instead they found opal, which to this day has a wide appeal worldwide.  Word of the abundance of opal brought miners who chose to live underground due to the excessive temperatures.

Today more than 1500 homes, called “dugout” houses exist in this underground city.  It is absolutely amazing to see.  It is interesting that generations of families have chosen to stay there and live underground, rather than moving to a more temperate climate.  Do you think you could live underground?  Let us know what you think.

A Sneaky Burglar Decided To Break Into This Yard But He Forgot To Check For THIS

This sneaky burglar thought he was home free when he scaled the two fences to get to this backyard. Good thing the homeowner had security cameras to catch the event on film. The intruder makes it into the grassy haven of the home and proceeds to inspect around the house for a way to get inside. When he gets to the side of the yard closest to the camera he is surprised by an unsuspected warden.

Toto comes flying out into the yard barking like he’d just landed in Oz. The speed and vigor of the tiny dog is not to be underestimated. Almost before the pilferer even notices the little yipping creature, his ankles are in great danger.

But being a practiced fence hopper, and with the added adrenaline of vicious attack dog, the man swiftly leaps not only one fence, but another, in order to escape merciless pummeling.

The prowling fellow did in fact get out just in time, which left the guardian pup bewildered and unaccomplished. He continued his barrage by jumping and spinning as if to find the invader somewhere around him.

He was not quite as unsuccessful as he may have felt however, because the perpetrator was scared so silly there’s no way he was trying to creep into that house again. After viewing this footage, Toto’s people parents likely rewarded him with a good belly rub, a big bowl full of dog food, plus a Milkbone!

His House Looks Weird From The Outside. But When You Step Inside It’s Unexpectedly More Strange!

There are a number of houses designed around pods, but this one aptly named “The Mushroom House,” stands out as one of the most artistic and unique. The iconic home is located in the upstate New York town of Perinton, where it has officially been recognized as a historic landmark.

It was originally designed by architect James Johnson, and an additional twenty or so artists have further worked on various aspects of the design. All their works come together to create a beautiful, unique, and quirky house that is a showpiece on both the exterior and inside.

The house sits among well manicured trees, beautiful stone walls, and flowing water streams. The base of each pods rises up out of the ground on a mushroom like stem made of steel and concrete. There are a total of 5 pods, with one that houses the kitchen and sitting areas, one for the living and dining areas, two are bedrooms, and the fifth is a deck.

A newer addition is built on solid ground and serves as the main entrance. It features a great room and is connected to the pods via a psychedelic hallway filled with colorful, hand fired tile pieces that seem to drip off the walls.

The great room has a cave like feel, with smooth stone floors, sand molded walls, and 9,000 ceramic tiles that cover the walls and hallway. Each one was hand fired by the property’s previous owner, Marguerite Antell.

Other custom art features include a wood tree sculpture that rises out of the floor, intertwining until it hits the ceiling, making the inside feel like the outside. The living and dining pod has an indoor water fountain that gently bubbles and fills the room with sounds of a natural running stream. Even though it has a rustic feel to it, the house retains all the modern comforts and conveniences.

There are many different textures throughout the home, with a mix of smooth and rough surfaces. There are the beautiful, rich and smooth mahogany doors on the original main entrance and maple kitchen cabinets with mahogany pulls. The bedroom furniture and accents look as if they are growing out of the wall by the way they were artfully crafted.

Pod windows are everywhere, offering a 360 degree elevated view that looks out over the forest, and let in plenty of natural light.  It’s clear that a lot of thought and care went into creating the mushroom house. The overall vision came together beautifully with the designs blending and meshing well all throughout the hallways and pods. Take a tour and view it yourself below.

Little Girl Got Caught Bringing Her Cow Inside The House. Her Excuse Is Unexpectedly Delightful!

Kids are full of surprises and are constantly testing the limits to see what they can get away with. A lot of the time young children manage to get off with just a warning, mainly because they are innocent and not wise to the ways of the world.

So when one little girl decided to let her favorite cow in the house she naturally thought she could get away with it. After all, it was cold outside and it really isn’t that big of a deal. However, her mom was pretty shocked when she came home to find the big cow chewing on some hay and laying on the floor of her house.

Instead of freaking out, yelling, or shooing the cow outside, the little girl’s mother recorded the cute moment and attempted to get to the bottom of her story. She calmly asks her daughter how and why the cow was in the house.

The 5 year old girl tries to explain that she had opened the door and was looking the other way when the cow snuck in. But the girl see’s her mother isn’t buying it so she switches gears and tells her mom that the cow pooped but she cleaned it up already. Basically, she had it all under control and mom shouldn’t be so worried about a little, gentle cow on the porch.

The whole time the cow is sitting peacefully on the rug next to the family dog. It seems like this cow may have done this before, so perhaps this is just the first time the girl got caught red-handed. The best part of the video is when the girl cuddles up to her bovine buddy, resting against its side belly, with the cow’s head in her lap. The adorable twosome look so snugly and comfy together, and that’s when mom forgets how wrong it is that the girl let the cow inside in the first place!

Some things are just too precious and rare to pass by. When your 5 year old daughter brings a cow inside, curls up with it, and the cow falls fast asleep; that is one of those moments. This was such a happy, feel good video and it reminded me of my childhood so much. I hope you enjoyed it as much as I did.
