This Raccoon Wants To Swim In The Pool But His Bro Is Freaking Out. His Reaction Is Hysterical!

It’s one thing when your mom is overprotective, but it’s just too much when your brother thinks it’s his job to set limits for you. It seems that these raccoon brothers are frequent visitors to this family’s pool, when beautiful summer days beckon them to take a dip and cool off.

You can hear the human father and son banter about these two familiar visitors; as they discuss what’s going on they refer to them as Willy and Waylan. Willy can’t wait to get in and take a swim, while Waylan is doing everything in his power to stop them.

It’s hilarious to watch them; you can sense how their conversation is going: “Willy don’t go in!”, “Leave me alone Waylan, look at me swim, this is fun!”, “Get back here now Willy!” “No way, this is fun, stop being a killjoy and come on in!”

As Willy swims back to the edge of the pool, Waylan sees his opening and starts grabbing any part of his brother to get him out. Willy finally gives in after enjoying his swim. His bro wants to get back to the forest. Watching these two interact is hysterical.

WATCH: THIS Bear Climbs Up The Ladder and Then Does An Epic Belly Flop

Most people would be scared if they saw a bear playing around in their back yard swimming pool, but not Carl Bovard. He lives in Melrose, Florida with two bears and actively encourages the large beasts to take refreshing dips in his above ground pool. After all, Florida gets really hot and muggy in the summer time and when you carry around a fur coat that you can’t take off, you need to find a quick way to cool down.

Carl videotaped one of his bear friends named Bruiser eagerly climbing up the pool ladder and jumping off the top to do belly flops into the water. From the looks of it Bruiser is definitely a veteran belly-flopper because he doesn’t hesitate for a single second when he clambers up the short ladder and jumps. Once he’s in the pool he bear paddles around and seems to smile as he plays and splashes. Bruiser even looks adorable getting out of the pool, as he uses his two front paws to steady himself while throwing up a rear leg to clamber over the side so he can do it all over again.

Once out, he shakes off the water and ends up getting Carl all wet, but Carl laughs and doesn’t mind the shower. Bruiser looks like such a nice, relaxed, and playful sweetheart, judging by the way he acts in the water, even when he’s chewing on pool toys. This may just be the cutest bear video I’ve come across yet! Bruiser is living the good life at Single Vision, a non-profit animal sanctuary that Carl set up to help rescue animals and educate people about endangered species. He shares the space with two lions, two bobcats, two alligators, two mountain lions, two bears, and six tigers.

Bruiser is a Syrian brown bear, a smaller subspecies of brown bear that are found throughout the Middle East. Their population has been steadily declining from over-hunting, poaching, and habitat loss, and they are listed as a threatened-vulnerable species. Bruiser serves as an animal ambassador for his species to raise awareness of their plight and to help educate people about the reality of their current situation, as well as the future.

He’s a natural at showing people the softer side of brown bears, and proves that they are incredibly smart, playful, and happy animals if treated well. If you would like to donate towards the care of the animals at Single Vision visit their website and check it out.

This Video Is Going To Blow Your Mind. Just Watch When The Giraffes Do THIS

This group of giraffes really know how to put on a show!  The incredibly realistic clip stars acrobatic giraffes doing impressive somersaults and tucking in their long necks off a high diving platform into a large aqua blue pool below.  Their aerial flips look professional and merits perfect ten scores all around, from difficulty of jump to execution.  Their jumps are made even more dramatic by the fact that one suspended giraffe is helping them get more air and launch off.

That one is lowered from the ceiling strapped in by all four hooves, the jumpers run towards him and they connect at the neck, using them and their momentum to fling their bodies even further off the platform.  The grand finale is a spectacular display of tumble work with 2 platforms and 2 hanging helpers flinging off the others in unison.  The group even stand along the pool and take a bow before the impressive finale!

The animated short featuring the gentle giants was created by Nicolas Deveaux, who also drew on inspiration from an earlier project which featured an elephant jumping on a trampoline.  The unique and fun take on the world’s tallest animal is delightful to watch.

It is even somewhat accurate in that giraffes really do need to spread their front legs awkwardly out to the side in order to drink water or reach their heads to the ground.  Some people have even commented that they thought it was real!  Check it out and see it yourself.  Enjoy!

You See The Goldfish In This Bucket But Then He Pours This In My Mind Is Blown!

In Japan, artist Riusuke Fukahori has been creating ultra realistic goldfish paintings as part of his resin sculptures. Of his work he has said “I am not a resin artist. I am a goldfish artist.” He is well known for keeping dozens of fish in his studio for observation and watches them, remembering so he can draw on the mental image when he paints rather than use any photographic source.

His love and fascination for the fish is evident in the care he takes when recreating their movements and colors. Interestingly, he also paints hybrid fish he dreams up and invents in addition to existing ones. Seeing him work is truly akin to watching goldfish come to life right before your eyes!

So how does he get such realistic three-dimensional effects? The first thing he does is hand paint the goldfish onto the surface of a vessel. Mainly he works with conventional household items like cups and bowls but has also done larger vases and other various sculptures.

He then pours liquid resin into the vessel and once dry adds another layer of acrylic paint. Layer by layer resin and paint are added until a three-dimensional image of the swimming fish and water they live in come to life. The clear resin and intricate colorful fish combine so well that people have even tried to reach into the painted pools thinking they were real!

The whole optical illusion aspect of the art and how the production process reveals slightly more of the fish at each stage makes for a really enjoyable video. Fukahori’s work is often exhibited at art galleries worldwide and he has won many awards for his creations, so check him out!

At First It Seems Like a Normal Pool But When The Water Flows Over The Edge It’s Incredible!

Having a beautiful private swimming pool is an amenity that many people wish to have in their backyard. Jumping into the crystal clear water is one of the quickest ways to cool off and besides pure refreshment they also offer endless hours of relaxation and entertainment. Pools seem to just naturally drawn us in and whether you like floating around, laying next to them, or swimming laps, there’s something for everyone to do!

While all of that sounds positively amazing, the reality is that backyard swimming pools also have a few majorly negative aspects. Everyone knows they cost a lot of money to put in and maintain and keeping them clean means dumping a ton of harsh chemicals in the water. There are health and safety risks as well, especially if you have young children at home.

However, the most often overlooked problem with pools is that they’re not environmentally friendly. This is especially true of ones in the hot, dry areas where they are mainly located. On average, the energy costs are estimated to be around 20% of an entire household’s usage and when chemicals like shock and chlorine evaporate, they end up contributing to ozone issues.

There has never been a better time to go green than now, and that extends to having an environmentally friendly pool. One family decided to build an all-natural backyard swimming pool and what they came up with is not only brilliant, but beautiful as well. The entire project was documented in stages and as you can see from the photos Reddit user VonBubenberg posted, the outcome is unique and very natural.

According to VonBubenberg, the pool is stone lined and filled with fresh water. No chemicals or chlorine are needed and the water is kept clean with the help of plants, fish, special UV lights, a fountain, and a filtration system.

Rather than a standard rectangle or defined type of hole in the ground the edges of the pool, and the water in it, spill over. The result is a natural look, like that of a pond, and you can wade right into it because of the smooth stones underfoot.

This pool is definitely one of a kind and adds to the environment, rather than taking anything away from it. The design and thought behind it are certainly inspiring, check it out and see what you think!
