Local News Man Completely Loses It When He Tries To Pronounce THIS Pig’s Name On Live TV.

Television news anchors have to read many different types of stories live on air. It’s the main part of their job to report on everything from breaking news to local and national events. While it may seem simple and straight forward enough, broadcasting live is not as easy as it seems.

On live TV anything can happen at any moment and newscasters have to be prepared for whatever comes their way. They need to be alert, informed, professional, and on top of their game. However, sometimes a story can throw an anchor off and make them lose all composure, like the reporter in this video!

The newsman’s name is Robert Bradfield and he works for NBC’s WPSD Local 6 in Paducah, Kentucky. Mr. Bradfield was nearing the end of a newscast one night when he came across a story about a disabled pot bellied pig. As he was reading the teleprompter the pig’s name flashed across the screen and that’s when he lost it! The porker’s name, Chris P. Bacon, was just too much for him to handle and made him burst into a fit of giggles.

At several points Mr. Bradfield can’t even breathe he’s laughing so hard and as much as he tries to move on, he just can’t seem to get over the pig’s clever name. His laughter is full-on, out of control, and hilarious to watch! Eventually the newsman gives up on trying to read the rest of the story because he knows he can’t, he even tries to have someone else read it but to no avail. His reaction is simply hilarious, check it out if you want to laugh along with him because his laughter is truly contagious!

Here’s a little more background on the pig that the video missed, just in case you were wondering. Chris P. Bacon was born without the use of his hind legs and because of that he was brought in to a Florida vet’s office where he was scheduled to be euthanized. Instead of putting the piglet down the vet, Dr. Len Lucero, stepped in and saved him. He fashioned his new pig a wheelchair to help him get around and a video he shared of the pig learning to use his new set of wheels quickly went viral. The rest is history. Now Chris P. Bacon is a celebrity pig who travels the globe. He attends fundraisers for the disabled and visits school children to spread his inspiring story of overcoming both the odds and his disability. He’s really special and has a natural way of brightening everyone’s day… and making news anchors laugh out loud!

Pigs are some of the most intelligent animals on the planet.  Not only are they smart, but they are filled with personality.  Meet a very funny pig, who may be just a slight bit grumpy. His human tries to communicate and cuddle with this adorable grumpster, but this piggy let’s her know how she feels about cuddles.

According to her human he likes Oreos, pho, and dog bones but when it comes to cuddling, don’t try it, unless he is in the mood! This big grumpy adorable baby is almost too much to handle. I feel like my heart is going to explode from his big goofy cuteness! This pig communicates in it’s native tongue, with hilarious grunts and displeased grumbling.

It really is amazing how much of a personality these pigs have. I’d love to have one of these big cuddle bugs but I think he might just be a tad too much work. He is definitely a bit extra but I’d love to see him when he’s out of his grumpy mood and into his cuddle mood!

Have you ever cuddled with a pig before?  Let us know!

She Sings A Lullaby To This Sick and Blind Baby. His Reaction Tore My Heart Up!

The bond between an animal and their human can be incredibly strong, resilient, and beautiful. We often think of our pets as an extension of ourselves and wouldn’t hesitate to give them anything they may need, especially when they are not feeling well. Such was the case of a woman and her pot-bellied pig.

Bentley, a nine month old pig who was rescued, suffered a sudden seizure at the end of February. His owner immediately took him to the vet for medical attention where he was diagnosed with a potentially fatal infection, bacterial meningitis. Chances of his survival were slim, only 10%, yet the little piggy soldiered through the sickness even though it left him blind.

Bentley survived, but he is still recovering in the hospital and his wounds have yet to heal completely. Every day his loving human companion takes a trip to the hospital to visit and hold him close. Realizing how scary and confusing a hospital must be for a little blind pig, she sings to him while snuggling and comforting the pig as if he were a baby.

The tender moment is both heartwarming and sad all at once to witness. The pig clearly finds the song and human touch soothing as he nuzzles up closer to the woman and responds affectionately towards her. The two share a loving connection that is stronger than ever and lovely to see.

Bentley has since recovered and even regained his vision back. He endured multiple surgeries and months of care at the vet, which was made possible by donations from hundreds of people across the world. He currently lives at E.A.R.T.H. Sanctuary and Rescue in Illinois alongside other animals who have been rescued and need care or a home. E.A.R.T.H stands for every animal deserves respect, transformation, and hope, which is the programs goal and mission.

The sanctuary takes in any animals that were abused, neglected, or unwanted and works to rehabilitate and advocate on their behalf. Thanks to their efforts Bentley received the care and attention he so desperately needed and pulled thorough, surviving the odds that were against him every step of the way.

He Gives This Pig A Chip. After Watching Piggy’s Reaction I Can’t Stop Laughing!

All good pet owners know what tasty treats their little ones find irresistible. Animals will oftentimes eat anything, and whether they prefer the traditional biscuits or pieces of meat to something more exotic, comes down to an individual’s preference. One mini-pig in Palm Beach, Florida has made clear to everyone that his favorite food is potato chips.

The little piggy was captured on film by Hanna Balicki chomping down on crisps and squealing in delight. The noises that escape his tiny body are peculiar and funny all at once. It sounds like he is saying “nom, nom, nom, nom” as he eats the salty treats. When he is done with one chip he oinks and bellows for more. He is fed several more and quickly gobbles them up in sheer joy.

This pig’s guilty pleasure is pigging out on potato chips! While the video has drawn some criticism from people who think chips are an unhealthy and bad choice to feed a pig, they really need not worry. An Ohio State study found that “potato chips are the snack of choice for pigs…[and]… the chips provide the pigs with a higher energy diet.”

While that study was specifically done with potato chip scraps, people still need not worry. As long as the little fella is fed the high sodium treat in moderation he should be just fine. Plus, the pleasure the tiny porker takes in nomming on the chips makes him so lovable and happy! How could you not let him have his treats?
