This Little Girl In The Back Of A Zumba Class Steals The Whole Show When She Does THIS

Working out can be incredibly boring. For some people, running on a treadmill and staring straight ahead at a mirror or wall is just plain excruciating and every minute that ticks by seems like an hour. There are much better ways to get fit while having fun and dancing up a sweaty storm is one of them.

Taking Zumba classes has become a tried and true method to get the easily bored type person motivated, moving, and into shape. If you are wondering whether or not it is really all that fun, check out this video and then decide.

The back story to this adorable video is that a mother decided to take Zumba classes and took her young daughter along with her. Once they warmed up, started moving, and blasted the music, the little girl took notice. She clearly wanted to be a part of the excitement and joined in with her mom and the others.

This doesn’t appear to be her first class because her moves are well executed and very on point. She shakes, twirls, and steps expertly around the dance floor like she has been doing this for years. If she keeps at it she will be in great shape and know all the best dance moves! Note: If video doesn’t play on mobile device or tablet turn device horizontal.

This dance occurred at the World Music Awards, broadcast on international TV.  It was their debut, dancing for such a vast audience.  As a salute to Whitney Houston, their duet was danced to the song “All the Man That I Need”.

Their love was palpable, as their fluid movement graced the stage.  Theirs, was a 34-year-old love story and marriage that lasted until Swayze’s untimely death, in 2009, from pancreatic cancer.   Knowing that this loving and talented man is gone makes watching this video all the more powerful and poignant.

This Guy Is Just Walking On The Treadmill But When The Michael Jackson Music Starts I’m Blown Away!

Some people just have the ability to do something that really can wow you.  Trent Ruban is one of those people. He’s a personal trainer at the Goodlife Fitness on Fairway Road in Kitchener.  Goodlife was celebrating its 36th anniversary when Trent was caught on video doing something amazing!

It’s hard enough for some people to just get themselves on a treadmill.  Watching Trent will surely inspire them into the potential joy of fitness.  Michael Jackson’s classic song, “The Way You Make Me Feel” was blasting in the gym when out of nowhere Trent began to bust some moves that were beyond amazing to watch someone be able to do on a moving treadmill.

He performs gymnastic tricks and dance moves while never missing a beat of the song, as the treadmill keeps rolling!  Fabulous footwork and fantastic flips abound.  I hope you enjoy it as much as I did.

When The Music Begins She Gets Into The Wheel. By The End I’m Hypnotized!

Gymnastics is a popular sport worldwide and audiences love tuning in to watch gymnasts perform at the summer Olympic Games.  That event is where the sport gets the most focused coverage and attention.  But did you know that there is an offshoot of gymnastics that is less well known and just as beautiful, technical, and inspiring? It is called wheel gymnastics and dancers perform on, in, and all around a large wheel.

The double hooped wheel is specially designed for the sport and is known as the Rhönrad, which was named after the German mountain region where it was invented in 1925.  The sport has three main categories of exercise; straight line, spiral, and vault.  Gymnasts balance and spin along the wheel while doing flips and other neat tricks.  You have to see it to truly understand how beautiful it is.

The athlete featured in this video is Jenny Hoffman, a dancer from Augsberg, Germany.  She is a first class wheel gymnast and is shown performing at the 2011 World Championship of Wheel Gymnastics.  The video gives a clear look at how much concentration, dedication and practice it takes to master the large wheel.  Jenny seems to float around the floor and looks as if she were a part of it.  She is at the top of her game and delivers a beautiful, seemingly flawless, routine.

What stands out most, from the video and in general, is how fun the wheel looks.  Just to be able to roll around and play with it would be a good time and a novel new way to exercise.  Although, Jenny makes it look so easy, so I wonder if doing even basic things on it is.  Check it out!
