When you are driving there isn’t a more nerve racking moment then that exact moment you notice those red and blue lights flashing behind you and then hear the dreaded siren. You can literally feel your heart fall into your stomach as you slowly pull over to the side of the road as you lightly break and slow down to a complete stop.
Then you wait as the officer pulls up behind you, swings open the door and walks toward your drivers side window. Your roll the window down and in your most polite voice greet the officer. Most of the time they will immediately ask for your drivers license and car insurance. You awkwardly stumble through your wallet and glove compartment as you find the necessary documents.
Hopefully you find it without too much trouble hand the stuff over to the police officer and then they will usually ask you why do you think I pulled you over. Here is where you can either be straight forward or play dumb and let him tell you the reason. After you find out what you did wrong, you sit terrified in your chair as they run your license and insurance through the system.
After a few minutes, which feels more like an eternity the officer comes back, hopefully your drivers license and insurance aren’t expired, hands it back to you, and then the big finale and moment of truth comes. The cop will either let you off with a warning, you get a ticket for speeding or not using a blinker, or in the worst case scenario the officer asks you to slowly step out of the vehicle…
In today’s story we feature a woman named Mrs. Walker who was pulled over by a police officer one morning. She was en-route to a job interview so her nerves were already firing on all cylinders. Now with the cop lights shining and siren blaring she slowly pulled over and was completely shaken to the core. She didn’t think she was speeding, drove through a red light or forgot to turn on her signal so she couldn’t imagine what she was being pulled over for.
Both Mrs. Walker and the police car pulled to the side of the road and came to a complete stop. Officer Jenkins opened up his door and began walking towards Mrs. Walker’s car. She decided to be prepared so her window was already down, she began reaching for her license, then her insurance as the officer got to her drivers side window. He popped his head in and told her, that the license and registration wouldn’t be necessary. She was even more confused now and she was actually becoming pretty nervous and scared.
He told her he pulled her over because her break lights weren’t working. She replied and told him she had just replaced the break lights and paid $600 dollars at the mechanic to make sure everything was working properly. He asked where she was headed and she replied that she was currently unemployed and on her way to a big job interview that could change her whole life. Officer Jenkins heart melted a bit as she went on, realizing that she had been scammed out of $600 dollars and now she might be late for her job interview and get the job she so desperately needed.
Then out of no where he asked her if she would pop the trunk so he could look inside to inspect it. She wasn’t really sure what to do because she had seen tv shows where this almost never ends with a happy ending for the driver. He told her to step out of the car and open the trunk with her key. She knew there was nothing in that trunk that was illegal so she popped the trunk for him having no clue what Officer Jenkins could be looking for.
As he walked towards her trunk she was standing about 10 feet behind him and she slowly grabbed her phone turned on the video camera and began to film without him knowing…

Anyone who has ever seen the classic Disney movie Cinderella knows about the evil step-mother archetype. They are cold, distant, mean spirited, and sometimes downright spiteful towards their new step-children. While not all step-mothers are like this, the ones who are seem to take being mean to a whole other level.
Such was the case for a woman named Jennifer. Her parents had divorced, and her father had gone on to recently marry a much younger woman. Her new step-mother was 25 years old, closer to Jennifer in age than her father, and she was also very jealous of Jennifer’s family, especially her mother.
In a few weeks Jennifer was going to get married and like all brides, she was a bit stressed but looking forward to the big day. Her new step-mother wasn’t being of any help, in fact she was acting downright childish and petty. It turned out that Jennifer’s mother had found the perfect outfit to wear to her wedding and she was over the moon happy with her mother of the bride dress.
A couple of days later, Jennifer discovered that her step-mother had also chosen the exact same dress to wear to the wedding, so she politely asked her to return it and get a different one. Her mother had chosen the dress first and since no one wants to show up wearing the same thing as another guest, she thought her step-mother would understand. That was not the case, instead her step-mother flat out refused to do so and vowed that she would wear the dress and look amazing.
Feeling defeated, Jennifer told her mother the bad news and expected her to be upset about it, understandably so. Her mother took it all in stride though and the two of them went shopping to find a new dress for her to wear. After trying on dozens of dresses she finally found the perfect one, it was even more beautiful than her original pick!
After a long day of shopping the two went out to a nice dinner. As they talked about the upcoming events Jennifer asked her mother when she planned on returning the first dress that she’d bought. Her mother replied that she wasn’t going to return it at all, instead she planned on wearing it to the rehearsal dinner the night before the wedding! It looks like her mother would ultimately have the last laugh and in the end, it just goes to show that being petty on someone else’s big day can come back to bite you in the rear.

Psychologists Say There Are 9 Different Kinds Of Intelligence. What Type Do You Have?

If you’re a psychologist, professor, and researcher at one of the world’s most prestigious universities then you’re likely very intelligent. Howard Gardner is all of that and happens to work at Harvard University’s Graduate School of Education where he studies, of all things, intelligence.
Over the years he’s done brain research and interviewed all sorts of people, from geniuses and prodigies to victims of stroke and those with autism. His work eventually led him to develop the theory of Multiple Intelligences (MI Theory for short) which challenged traditional beliefs and definitions concerning what intelligence means.
Traditionally, intelligence is viewed as a fixed amount of cognitive capacity that people are born with. It consists of only logic and language abilities, and a person’s intelligence level can’t be changed over their lifetime. Gardner’s MI Theory stands in direct contrast.
Instead, he posits that individuals have different amounts, abilities, and unique combinations that can be changed and improved upon throughout their lifetime. The most distinctive aspect of his theory is that instead of there being only 2 types of intelligence, there are nine.
These 9 types directly relate to the various ways in which people interact with the word and environment around them. When Garder’s theory is applied to the classroom level a child’s strongest intelligence is first figured out. Then a teacher can more effectively reach and teach different that child in accordance with their intelligence. The nine intelligences are as follows:
1) Verbal/Linguistic- people who display good reading, writing, speaking, listening, memorization, and other language related skills. Students with these abilities are successful in most classroom settings because traditional teaching methods cater to these strengths.
2) Mathematical/Logical- this type of intelligence has to do with numbers, logic, reasoning, abstract and critical thinking. Those who more easily pick up on the underlying causes and principles of patterns and sequences also do well in traditional teaching settings.
3) Visual/Spatial- people who learn visually and spatially better understand maps, tables, charts, graphs, illustrations, and puzzles. They are often good at art and learn better by seeing things which helps them to understand and grasp concepts.
4) Musical/Rhythmic- people who are sensitive to different aspects of sound tend to learn well through music. They have an ear for tone, rhythm, meter, melody, pitch, and often excel at musical endeavors like singing, composing music and playing instruments. Traditional education doesn’t suit them well.
5) Bodily/Kinesthetic- this area relates to those who learn best through hands on activities like games, building stuff, and moving around. Jobs that require more physical activity are best suited for people with bodily-kinesthetic intelligence and athletes, soldiers, builders, surgeons often display it. Kids who learn this way are often seen as hyper and overactive, they don’t fit well traditional classroom settings.
6) Intrapersonal- people who are self-reflective and inwardly focused on their ideas, values, and feelings are this type of intelligent. From the outside they appear reserved, yet they are very intuitive and have a deep understanding of their own self worth. They learn best by taking information and examining how it relates to themselves.
7) Interpersonal- people who are talkative, outgoing, social, and empathetic learn best in groups or with partners. They are better able to sense others feelings, moods, and motivations and can thus connect more easily and better with people. They often excel at discussions and enjoy long conversations. People with high interpersonal intelligence make good managers, politicians, teachers, and salespeople.
8) Naturalist- this type of intelligence has to do with the natural world and those who see, pick up on, and understand various types of flora and fauna. People who love animals, gardening, and exploring nature, and who can relate information to their natural surroundings, have natural intelligence.
9) Existentialist- this type is related to philosophy. People who are deep thinkers and who question everything about existence are existentially intelligent. They pose questions such as “why are we here” and “what is our purpose” and are related to the possibility of additional types of intelligences that are spiritual or religious oriented.

This Pit Bull Notices This Girl Do A Cartwheel. Then He Does The Unthinkable! I’m Speechless!

Pit bulls are often viewed by many as dangerous dogs who behave unpredictably. People hear more bad than good things about them and the negative reputation attached to the breed follows them everywhere. There are many people who automatically assume that all pit bull dogs are violent, unpredictable, and aggressive animals.
This type of mindset is wrong, not every pit bull is dangerous or waiting to snap, and there are more good ones than bad. If you treat dogs with love, compassion, respect, and train them right, they can make loving and loyal family pets.
One woman uploaded a video displaying how a little love and the right environment can turn out a pit bull who is incredibly sweet, happy, playful, and non-aggressive. The adorable clip of a little girl doing cartwheels with her dog was uploaded to YouTube by Jacqueline Sloan Ziegler.
Her friend’s four year old daughter Kailyn can be seen dancing around and performing acrobatics while Oakland, Ziegler’s brown and white pit bull, follows her around. After Kailyn does a cartwheel Oakland tries his best to imitate her by turning his body head over heels.
His attempts at pulling the move off are hilarious and as best you can expect a dog to do. After his landing he adorably plops over and flails about on the ground in pure joy and happiness. Soon after that he makes a second cartwheel attempt and this one goes just as well as the first.
Everyone watching can be heard laughing in delight before the clip ends with Oakland and Kailyn on the floor wiggling around on their backs. According to Ziegler, Oakland was rescued in Chattanooga Tennessee back in January 2015. Her family adopted the now 18 month old pit bull from Pit Happens Rescue Inc. and he’s the third dog they’ve taken into their home from the rescue organization.
The response to her video was huge and immediate with over seven million views in just a couple of days. The overwhelming response inspired her to set up a Facebook page for Oakland which she hopes will help the breed and show the dogs in a positive, loving light.
Once you see how sweet and adorable this pit bull is, it’s hard to make negative generalizations about the rest of them.

Everyday He Mysteriously Visited THIS Strangers Grave! But I Cried When I Found Out The Unthinkable Reason Why!

Over twenty five years ago Wayne Hartshorne from Staffordshire, England had gone to visit his grandfather’s grave at a local cemetery when he noticed something strange. On his way out just as he was leaving, he happened to pass by the grave of an Australian RAAF pilot, Warrant Officer John Benjamin Burrows. Wayne was surprised that an Australian man had been buried in the UK, it was so far away from his home country, and he decided then and there that he would tend the gravesite and keep it nice out of respect for the World War II soldier.
Years passed by and eventually some friends of Wayne resolved to figure out the story behind the young man. From time to time Wayne had tried to look into Burrows past but the information he found was limited in scope. The two men he turned to for answers were Richard Pursehouse and Lee Dent, both of whom were military researchers. They uncovered the story of Burrows and how he came to lay to rest in England.
Burrows had been born in a suburb of Melbourne, Australia back in July 1921. After enlisting in Melbourne he was sent to Britain to train as a navigator with the 297 Squadron, which flew out of RAF Netheravon near Salisbury. In 1942 he married a local woman named Edna Marjorie Ruth Preece and was sadly only with her for six months.
On April 5, 1943 he had been on a mission that involved dropping propaganda leaflets over German-occupied France that come under heavy fire. The pilot tried to make it back to base but the damaged plane and heavy fog blanketing the area caused them to crash. Three airmen did survive that accident, but the pilot and Burrows were killed.
His life had been cut short and he left behind a young widow in Staffordshire. It is believed that she wanted him buried nearby rather than sent home to Australia and so the cemetery in Cannock, England was where he was laid to rest. His parents, Alexander and Ada Burrows, picked out a gravestone and had it inscribed with the words “Still living, Still ours, Father and Mother.”
For years Burrows grave had been left alone and no one ever tended to it or came to visit. His family were so far away and the only connection he had to the area, his widow, had moved to the US and remarried after his death. When Wayne came across the grave that fateful day in 1992, he vowed to keep the memory of Burrows alive and every month since he has visited it when he goes to see his grandparents.
A groundskeeper by trade, the upkeep work comes naturally to him. He’s planted flowers and trims the grass. He believes it’s the least he can do and now that he knows the story behind the soldier his work has become all the more meaningful.

Modern medicine has come along way since it’s humble beginnings. Remember medical professionals are still human no matter how well they are trained. There are things that can happen that nobody could possibly anticipate but they do the best they can and always try their hardest to follow the hippocratic oath and never neglect or do harm to a patient purposely..
With all this being said it brings us to today’s interesting story about a woman named Suzanna who was an intelligent, driven and happy woman who just landed a dream job at the New York Post when she was only 24 years old. In this same year she had gotten into her first serious relationship with a man who she had been with for over 6 months. Everything was going so unbelievably well for this young woman however things would soon take a turn for the worse than nobody could anticipate.
At first she began getting strange itchy feelings all over her body. She couldn’t see anything on her skin but the feeling was really uncomfortable and disturbing. She thought perhaps it might’ve been bed bugs so she got an exterminator to come over and fumigate her place hoping it would solve her issue. The problem is, when the exterminator arrived and began inspecting her place he couldn’t find a single bed bug. This concerned her because now she had no clue where these strange sensations were coming from and she began to get nervous.
Then things began to spiral out of control as she grew more and more paranoid, with delusions and hallucinations. On top of that she was having recurring seizures. Things got so bad that she couldn’t get to her job at the New York Post or even leave her place for that matter. She ended up admitting herself to NYU Medical Hospital where her ‘crazy’ episodes escalated and at some times she would even become violent with the doctors and nurses. She felt completely helpless and out of control and she couldn’t understand what in the world was happening! She even went as far to say multiple times that she felt like a zombie and whoever she was before was gone.
The Doctors on staff all agreed that she was probably having a mental break and should go to a mental health facility where she could get the proper care she desperately needed. However there was one Doctor at the clinic that wanted to examine her and take a closer look before she was transferred to the mental health facility because he wasn’t totally convinced she was having a mental break or even crazy at all.
He came into her room, introduced himself and then asked her to do something for him that seemed a bit strange at the time but would end up changing the trajectory of her life forever. The doctor asked her to take a pen and draw a clock on the piece of paper he handed her. She drew the clock and that’s when the doctor knew his hunch was right. What he would discover would leave everyone stunned…

Many people dream about a life of riches and fame where everyone knows who they are and the world is the oyster. We have all dreamt of this type of thing at least once in our life. Maybe you wanted to be a big hollywood movie star, the president, a rock star, a Victoria Secrets Model, a professional athlete, a super model and so on and so forth….
For most of us this is just a pipe dream we can fantasize about we know deep down it just isn’t ever going to happen. Now because of social media and other platforms regular people are now becoming internet stars whose fame and riches eclipse all those mentioned before.
Then there are those that fake it until they make it or just fake it all the way through life… This brings us to today’s fascinating story about a woman named Anna Delvy who appeared to be some kind of socialite like Paris Hilton or Kim Kardashian only she was much more mysterious and most people just couldn’t put their finger on what or who she actually was.
She appeared to be well versed in multiple language, highly educated, beautiful, smart and just seemed to always find herself at the right place and the right time! When she was in New York City for a while she became close to the front desk person in the lobby.
The concierge attested to the fact that she seemed as if she was made of money. The woman always had a ton of cash in her pocket and was known to throw out one hundred dollar tips to everyone like it was chump change. Also her wardrobe looked like she literally owned a high-end super expensive lavish clothing store. Everything she wore was either designer or ridiculously expensive or both.
She was acquaintances with so many rich, powerful and famous people. Her connections were unmatched compared to anybody else in the circles she ran with. Many ‘knew’ Anna, but nobody knew what she did, where she really came from or how she always had this money.
Then she met a man named Michael who she built a pretty strong bond with. They planned a trip to Italy but Anna asked him if he could just put it all on his credit card and she would pay it back upon their return. Michael agreed and didn’t think it was a big deal at all however, during the whole trip she had only been paying in cash and when they got back home, she never reimbursed Michael for the Italy trip or even tried to offer to pay him back.
This is where things begin to get a bit strange… She decided to open up a foundation as her new venture and she even hired a financial backer which seemed pretty odd because of all the money she had. She told her backer that she would pay him back but most of her liquid money was tied up overseas.

Then everything she had built in her life began to crumble to pieces. She had been staying at a hotel the whole time she was in New York City and because it was so expensive she racked up over 30 thousand dollar in hotel bills that she hadn’t paid.
The concierge in her building who she had become friends with was asked to take her out and try to get her to pay her gigantic bill. They went out to dinner and Anna assured her she would be paying right away but when the check for the meal came 12 of her credit cards were all rejected and declined! The concierge was beginning to get concerned that she wouldn’t be able to pay the hotel bill.
She did a wire transfer to the hotel for payment however there wasn’t any money behind the transfer and because she didn’t pay they eventually kicked her out of the building. She then went to Morocco with another friend and she pulled the same move as she did for the Italy trip. She had her friend put it all on the credit card, told her she would pay her back when they got home and again she never paid her friend back.
To make matters even worse, her friend was so concerned for her and the hotel bill that she decided to pay it for her, even though she was a trainer who didn’t make much money at all. After this she began begging her high class circle of friends if she could stay at their places on the couch because she had been red flagged and black listed from all of them….

Boy’s Birthday Quickly Goes From a Great Day To an UNTHINKABLE Nightmare After Jumping On The Trampoline!

Trampolines are fun for people of all ages and can provide great health benefits if used correctly. Some exercise classes are centered around bouncing around on a mini trampoline because it’s an excellent way to burn calories quickly while having a blast. Lots of people also enjoy trampolines because they offer a way to be active while having a low impact on their bodies and joints, especially the ankles, knees, hips and spine.
While the positive health benefits are what mainly draws older people to trampolines, kids just like them because they’re fun. These days trampoline parks have made the activity easily accessible to anyone with a couple of bucks to spare and children everywhere are begging their parents to bring them to one. Naturally those parents are inclined to indulge their children because they can jump around for an hour or so, burn off all that extra energy, and pass out quickly later on when they get home.
All the fun and excitement that children have at trampoline parks is the reason why Cortney Moreno decided to celebrate her son Dominic’s ninth birthday at one. She wanted him to have an amazing time and brought him to Sky Zone in Lee’s Summit, Missouri, to jump around and play for a little while. Not more than 30 minutes after they arrived, Dominic was severely injured, his mother wrote on a Facebook post that “Dominic was double bounced by a much older/bigger teenager. The employee of the trampoline park told our son to stand up, as if he could walk off, knowing another kid was still jumping in his square.”
When her son stood up the teenager was still bouncing, which caused Dominic to immediately collapse back down onto the trampoline. He could no longer move and was in immense pain as he was rushed to the hospital in an ambulance. It turned out that he had broken his tibia, both growth plates, and the muscle in his knee had completely flipped over.
What was supposed to be a fun celebration of his birthday had turned into a horrendous nightmare. Dominic’s injuries left him bed ridden for months, completely unable to move and in constant pain. He had to undergo three major surgeries to repair the damage including one where his knee muscle was flipped back into place and secured by a clamp. Months of physical therapy were required for him to learn how to walk again and because his injuries to his growth plates were so severe, he will require x-rays every 6 months until he’s an adult and done growing.
Besides the physical impact it has had on him, there’s also the mental and emotional side as well. Dominic was left feeling helpless, unable to move, play, or go to school. While his friends were free to run around, he had to learn how to walk again and that takes a toll on anyone, especially a young child.
His mother decided to share their story three months after it happened because she doesn’t want this to happen to any other kids and their families. Trampoline parks may seem safe and relatively harmless because they are staffed and have many safety features, but they are far from it. In an instant a child can end up being double bounced like Dominic was and the force from that can snap and easily break bones. Trampolines in and of themselves are dangerous and are one of the main causes of injury to children That is why they should be avoided at all costs.
In the end, Dominic was lucky in that he wasn’t paralyzed or permanently disabled for life. He still has a lot of healing to do and he came out of the whole terrible experience stronger than ever.
