Have You Ever Noticed A Fence Painted Purple? It Means THIS..
image via – youtube.com
Seeing purple paint on fences in rural Texas is extremely common, but many people don’t know what it means. The practice began in 1989, as a subtle way of letting strangers know that they were entering a private area. Most people have no clue what this purple fence means but awareness could easily stop an unnecessary tragedy from happening.
You might think that “No Trespassing” signs would be a more direct way of reminding people of land boundaries, however those signs would often disappear or be damaged. Texas passed a law in 1997, that would particularly alert hunters and fisherman not to go further, saying that purple paint meant “No Trespassing”.
In the video you are about to watch below, you will hear more about how this came about, and why the color purple was used. The Purple Paint Law has also gone into effect in Illinois, and violation because you are ignorant of what it means is no excuse.

They Thought They Rescued A Puppy In The Woods But It Turned Out Not Even Being A Dog! I’m Speechless!
image via – youtube.com
When a family came across a hurt and abandoned baby animal in the Marsh Lake woods of Whitehorse, Canada they assumed it was a puppy. The tiny ball of fur certainly looked just like a weeks, or even days, old dog as its eyes were yet to even open.
Ralph Shopland, the father of the family who found the little guy told CBC News “I just defaulted to thinking it was a dog.” After posting notices on Facebook, asking for help and a wet nurse, the baby was placed with a surrogate dog who nursed and cared for it!
Soon it became clear this baby was no puppy. Guesses as to what he could be ranged from otter to wolverine and soon the answer appeared. The baby’s face changed, his ears stood up, a white tip appeared on his tail, and he became very smelly.
He was so stinky that staff even had to change his blanket every 3 hours to minimize it. All this evidence pointed to the fact that he is a red fox! The Yukon Wildlife Preserve ended up taking in the tiny kit, nursed him to health, and gave him a place to live.
Since he had been partly raised and imprinted on by humans, it is in his best interest to stay there. The staff try to spend as little amount of time possible with him in order to minimize his comfort level around, and dependence on, humans.
Initially, they did not have the proper habitat for a fox cub but were able to build him one after raising enough money. Today he is full grown and lives in the new habitat, but he is all alone. The word has been put out to zoos and the like that the Yukon Wildlife Preserve is looking for a friend to keep the fox company.
Hopefully they will get a response and the fox can soon play with and share his home with a new friend. Share this story and video to help spread the word and find the fox a companion all the sooner!

Have You Ever Transferred Your Old VHS Tapes Onto Your Computer? THIS Is The Easiest Way To Do It!
image via – shutterstock.com
Technology is constantly being improved and advanced upon, which makes it hard to keep up with. This has inevitably led to a number of once brand new and highly innovative products being rendered obsolete. VHS players are a perfect example of this since the previously popular and must have items are now a thing of the past.
As a result, many people’s extensive collections of VHS tapes featuring home videos and recordings go unused and end up sitting in boxes taking up space around the house. Besides being bulky dust collectors, those tapes may also be deteriorating and you risk losing anything on them.
VHS tapes have a shelf life which varies by brand and how used or rough they have been handled. If you want to preserve the homemade videos and memories they contain, transferring the tapes onto a computer is the ideal way to go.
By saving them in a new, updated digital format you can easily share them with others, edit the content, and watch videos without having to break out the old VHS player. Transferring VHS tapes to a computer can be simple and easy if you know what you’re doing.
In this quick video tutorial CNET senior editor Donald Bell walks through the transfer process and if you follow what he does, you’ll be all set. First and foremost, he makes it very clear that this is only for archiving home video footage and not copyrighted TV shows or movies.
It’s illegal to duplicate and/or distribute such programs as doing so violates their copyrighted content and can get you in a lot of trouble. To do this type of transfer you need a VCR player with audio and video output, VHS tape(s), a computer with room on the hard drive, and a compatible adapter to connect the computer and VCR.
One hour of video will take up approximately 750 megabytes of storage on your computer’s hard drive, so if you prefer to save space on your computer an external hard drive is recommended. Also, the adapter must be compatible with the type of computer you’re using, PC or Mac, or it won’t work.
To start, first plug in the adapter’s color coded ends to their matching connections on the backside of the player. The yellow connection is for video, white is for mono audio, and white/red is for stereo audio. Install the software included with the adapter and follow the steps it takes you through until you’re able to see and hear the video, this shows that it’s properly connected.
Now you can name the file and start the transfer. Press the record button and hit play on the VCR to record in real time. Real time recording means that you have to wait for the whole thing to play through and press stop recording when you’re done.
After that you can edit out any unwanted portions from either the beginning or the end of the video. Finally, a file path to the location of the file you just created will show up, along with options to watch, upload, or further edit the video.
Now you can burn the videos onto DVDs or transfer them to other computers and send copies of them to friends and family. Best of all, you can throw out all those bulky VHS tapes or put them away in storage for good!
Pass this information along to others whose video collections could use an upgrade and help them preserve all the memories and milestones they’ve captured on VHS in digital format.

Every Night Mama Puts On The River Dance Music. The Baby Proceeds To Do The Most Hysterical Moves!
image via – facebook.com
Irish River Dance has always intrigued me. It seems to take such skill and discipline to move your lower body with such a rapid and intricate pace, while holding your upper body still. The Celtic musical accompaniment has always made me want to get up and try it.
Although her upper body moves at times, the baby in the video you are about to watch below, seems to have been born with an instinct and rhythmic talent for step dancing. This is particularly astounding because she can’t walk yet.
Her mom turns on the Celtic music, and this baby girl kicks to the beat with perfection! Watch as she follows and seems exhilarated by the music. You can see her heart beating faster, and her arm movements combined with her dance-like kicks will captivate you.
Watch this adorable doll wind up to this Irish magic; she is destined for great things!

Do You Have The Magic Eye? Can You See These Hidden Images?
image via – shutterstock.com
Do you remember how back in the mid-90s all of those Magic Eye books were a smash hit? In fact. the original three book series were so popular that they ended up topping the New York Times best seller list for weeks and weeks on end.
The awesome pictures featured on the glossy pages are called autostereograms. They’re the magic behind the illustrations because they are a special type of 2D image designed to contain 3D images hidden within them.
Autostereograms, the ones we are familiar with, were originally invented by Bela Julesz. He was a visual neuroscientist and psychologist who was trying to prove a theory he came up with, which was that depth perception occurred in the brain and not the eyes.
At the time, this was the common belief and so he set out to test people’s ability to see in 3D with images he created that were similar in type to the modern day Magic Eye version. It turned out that the visual illusion’s he developed proved his theory correct and years later they evolved into the Magic Eye images that we all know and love!
If you’re anything like me, then you likely have trouble spotting the hidden images in the pictures. This is due in part because of the need for us to adjust our eyes and change the way we normally perceive depth. If you are able to successfully do this, the hidden 3D image will appear out of the patterned image you’re staring at.
So how do you change your natural depth perception abilities? Good question and here is a breakdown of the instructions from the Magic Eye website on how to best view the images:
Start by looking at the center of the image extremely close up. The computer or page should practically be touching the tip of your nose.
Next, adjust your focus. It helps to try and look right through the picture, off into the distance.
Now slowly begin to steadily move the picture away from your eyes until the 3D image pops out at you.
If you’re still unable to see after trying all of the above, then you may have to move the image back towards you and closer to your face, or further away. Finally, you may also need to start all over so you can re-set your eyes and focus.
Also, when you’re able to see the hidden image allow your eyes to adjust a tad bit more. This will make it become clearer and much more defined. At that point you’ll be able to see more of the depth and details within it.
For those out there who are not be able to see anything, don’t worry! It’s hard to adjust your eyesight in order to be able to see past the 2D image. If you happen to be one of them, don’t give up! Keep trying and you should eventually be able to crack the brain/eye barrier that’s making you trip up.
Test out your Magic Eye abilities right now by working through the images below and see how skilled you are at perceiving the 3D images. Good luck and enjoy!

Can Your Eyes See These Almost Invisible Objects? Find Out!
image via – shutterstock.com
People go to doctors for regular check ups and when they feel sick or in pain. They visit the dentist to take care of oral health issues and for annual teeth cleanings. Yet they rarely go to the eye doctor for eye exams and vision screenings, unless they suddenly develop a severe eye problem.
While we oftentimes neglect to stay on top of our visual health, we really do need to maintain and test our eye sight annually. The majority of adults start to experience vision loss in their early to mid-40’s and with every passing year it only gets worse, unless you do something about it.
There are a number of factors other than aging which help to decrease our vision over time, including eye strain, disease, inflammation, and overexposure, which is why we have to try and keep our eyes as healthy as possible.
This test is a quick and easy way to figure out if your vision is functioning as optimally as it should be. Whether or not you’re able to see the series of increasingly dim and faded numbers, shapes, and letters will tell you if you should have your eyes checked out further by a professional.
Try it now and Good luck! Did you pass?

He Pours Molten Aluminum Into THIS Fish Tank. What’s Revealed Inside Is So Awesome!
image via – youtube.com
SCIENCE MEETS ART in this really cool video you are about to watch. YouTube’s “The Backyard Scientist” demonstrates how adding polymer beads to water creates an environment that will allow molten aluminum to turn into magnificent pieces of sculpture.
When he pours 10,000 tiny polymer beads into an aquarium filled with water, the beads absorb the water, becoming nearly 200 times their weight! They provide an environment for the molten aluminum that he dangerously heats, to be transformed.
He amusingly interviews his dog, providing him with protective goggles which he reluctantly dons a pair for himself as well, and then procedes to throw the molten aluminum inside the tank of water.
You simply won’t believe your eyes as the aluminum becomes solid and he removes each unique piece from the large tank. Voila! Instant truly beautiful coral-like sculptures that I, myself, would like to own. Let us know what you think.
