If you have ever suffered from Vertigo then you know exactly how seriously scary it can be. The sudden feelings of extreme dizziness make you feel off-balance and even though you are standing still, everything around you keeps moving. The simple treatment method worked and Sue finally had a solution to help alleviate her vertigo and a way to take back control of her life.
Doctor Carol Foster is an Associate Professor who specializes in Otolaryngology at the University of Colorado Hospital. She’s the one who originally developed the incredibly easy cure that can be done at home, or virtually anywhere for that matter, and has worked for countless people all over the wold who suffer from positional vertigo. It’s called the ‘half somersault maneuver’ because it involves a series of highly specific movements and poses.
Dr. Foster explains the simple home treatment in the accompanying video and walks us through each step. Below are the sequence of movements that a half somersault maneuver requires in short-list form:
1. Start by kneeling comfortably on the floor.
2. Tilt your head back and look up at the ceiling.
3. Bring your head down to the floor and place it upside down, as if you are about to do a somersault.
4. Turn your head to face your left elbow. Stay in this position until the feelings of dizziness or spinning dissipate.
5. Bring your head up so that it’s level with your back. Again, hold this position until the feelings of dizziness disappear.
6. Finally, sit back and settle into the original position you started at.

This Guy Was Hiking In The Woods And Decided To Touch This Plant.The Result Has Him Screaming!
Strange things are happening in the Carolina woods! Unexplainable forces are working their dark magic to manipulate and control life. Scientists have examined similar natural events where plants appear to sway on their own. Results were reported in a 2001 American Journal of Botany study titled “Oscillation frequencies of tapered plant stems.” It turns out that extremely weak winds amplify oscillations in the plant, thus making it look as if its moving for no reason.
These winds are undetectable by humans yet are enough force to cause the plant to sway to and fro on their long, skinny, tapered stems. Scientists even analyzed the phenomenon with a complex equation that involved a lot of complicated jargon and information. When they first come out on stage, everyone seems pretty skeptical about this dog actually being able to speak. Marc insists this dog has a special talent and really can actually speak. The judges and the crowd obviously think he is full of it, but they are soon quite surprised!
Then the act begins, and somehow it seems as if this pup can actually speak! Then the dog breaks into song and the entire place explodes. She Is Terrified and He Tries To Comfort Her. But When The Ride Begins Just Keep Your Eye On Him!
There is nothing like going on a first date. That initial anxiety and butterflies leading hopefully to an explosion of awesome chemistry leading to the inevitable true love story. Usually when a guy takes a girl on a date, he tries to show her how tough he is by not being of afraid of anything. Guys try to act like ‘real men’ and have no fear to show their dates they will be protected. Sometimes this happens and sometimes well let’s just say it doesn’t.

At first, his date is the scared one and he tries to act like he isn’t scared while trying to calm her down. Then. the ride starts, and his true colors bleed through. WATCH: Florida Homeowners Were Having Major Issues With People Luring Sharks Into Their Backyard!
Bonita Springs, Florida has the luxury of condos that are adjacent to the lovely backwater bay on Hickory Avenue. What could be better than owning a condo where you can just jump into the ocean to cool off or just enjoying kicking your feet in the cool bay? Seems like the perfect place to live in paradise. Sounds relaxing right? Well not anymore.
Due to greedy fishermen “chumming”, that is throwing fish guts into the bay so they can catch bigger fish, an eight-foot-long bull shark has been sighted swimming right up to people’s docks! The residents complained about this scary encounter. They requested some legislation against the fishermen’s chumming. So, was the problem resolved?
Safety wasn’t a priority for the city who told the residents its not our jurisdiction. Take your problem to the state’s Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission. The coastline is their jurisdiction and it’s not illegal to chum. So the best laid plans of living right up near the peaceful bay isn’t so peaceful anymore. Man Flies A Drone Over This Beach. What He Caught Left Me Speechless!
There is nothing more beautiful in the world than a tropical paradise. Add some incredible drone footage some amazing music and you basically have heaven on earth. Strap on your seat belts, sit back relax grab some popcorn a beverage kick your feet up and enjoy the most epic thing you will see in a long time. If you are stuck at your office or in your house and need to take a mental vacation you came to the right place!

A talented film maker named Eric Sterman released a drone, and caught some of the most epic footage we have ever seen. The North Shore looks like a gorgeous paradise that I must put on my bucket list.
With all this new drone footage technology beginning to surface, we are really starting to get a look at nature in a whole new light. When You Mix Alcohol With Normal Sharpies The Results Are STUNNING!
If you’re looking for a cool and easy craft idea, or some unique colorful pictures to liven up a space, then check out this video. YouTube channel SoCraftastic uploaded the tutorial which features artwork done primarily with Sharpies, or any permanent marker, and rubbing alcohol. There are 4 different techniques covered and each attains certain results. Each one turns out looking awesome and, best of all, they don’t require that you be a highly skilled fine artist.
The Sharpie watercolor technique is the first covered. Take a sandwich bag and color on it with a marker until there seems to be a lot of ink on the bag. Fill up a dropper with rubbing alcohol and squeeze some onto the marker/bag. Mix it all together with a paintbrush and then you can paint it on canvas as you would with watercolors.
If you add in more rubbing alcohol it gives you lighter hues that are more faint and after about 5 minutes it should be dry. Next is the tie dye technique, which works best with neon colors. Start by drawing a star-burst, then extend it out in layers with different colors until the entire canvas is filled. Take a dropper of alcohol and drip it onto different parts of the canvas. It will spread the ink out and overlap the colors into a nicely blended smear.
The third is the crayon melting technique, which requires only the top portion of the canvas be colored. Mix up and alternate colors in any way you desire, the video shows rainbow, and you can color over onto the side as well. Prop the canvas upright and drop alcohol onto the top colored portion, making sure to let it run down the canvas as if it melted and dripped down like wax.
Last up is the galaxy-esque style. Draw stars on duct tape and cut them out (or use stickers) then place them down before you add any ink. Color all over the canvas, with different colors here and there, then add in some black spots. Prop the board upright and drop on alcohol so it runs down. Let it dry and then it’s safe to peel off the stars.
The video girl painted her stars with gold puffy paint, and she brushed on modge podge mixed with glitter, to add a bit of sparkle to the galaxy. These make a really fun project for kids, teens and adults. Plus, with 4 alternative ways everyone can find something to try. Check it out and enjoy!
